servers are quite good and im hitting 20 tps with 11 plugins installed and customer support is very good and the people ive been speaking to are very nice and help a lot espescially leonardo :)

I have both a Rust and DayZ server with these guys, great servers, no downtime yet. Fantastic staff if u get stuck (lookin at u Leanardo) -

Absolute scammers. Do not buy servers on their website.

I purchased a server for enshrouded a few months ago. It was so laggy and unplayable for me and my friend that I requested a refund within the first couple hours. It took me several times requesting a refund for them to actually give it to me. So I thought I was good. My account was refunded and even says cancelled on their website. Well 3 months go by and then I see a recurring fee get charged to my PayPal for the server I cancelled. I go to their support and they aren’t going to refund me because they said it’s because of my PayPal was set up to auto pay.. I’m sorry but I’ve been using PayPal for auto payments for over a decade and I’ve never had a website or service charge me after I’ve cancelled a service on their website. This is literally the first time I’ve ever had to cancel autopay on two different websites.

SO PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! I’ve never left a review in my life on anything but these guys are scammers.

Used chat technical services, I really hate those, fortunately I received a good service and Leonardo was able to fix my issue in a timely fashion. My data was restored and my server was up and running.

Great support! whenever I have an issue they are always quick to help!

Had a bit of trouble getting started, various reasons. Support was onto it quickly and got everything resolved easily. So good to be able to easily chat with a real person who knows what they're doing.

They have incredible support team, it solved my problem with payment very quick and smooth

Leonardo is a great tech support. For anyone wanting a great support service and great server hosting i cant recommend empowerservers enough. I have used them for the last 2 months and any issues i have had have been resolved within 15-30 minutes.

my server wouldn't start it just kept saying 'starting' then stopping again, they replied fast and fixed it almost immediately

I was having some issues which were then solved very swiftly by Gio, I cant recommend them more.

the server i bought didnt work but the customer service (which are nice people) helped me quickly and fixed the problem

Leonardo from Empowered is very friendly and helpful! the others who helped us also tried very hard.
We had a technical problem with server crash on startup, they kindly troubleshot and resolved it for us.

when i started using empowerserver i did not know anything how to use it nor how to change stuff but the support helped me so much even at 3am i wrote to the support they still reply

I have been using Empower Servers to host my minecraft servers for the past year and a half. Ever since the start of my journey with Empower I have never had to deal with any common issues. On the rare instance that there was a problem, Someone at empower servers went and helped my solve my problem.

The manager talked to me about the concern and apologized for what happened. I am changing my review to 5.

At first, the customer support was okay, then we upgraded our server's ram, we did not add anything nor remove from the server files, and we asked assistance from support, I got Douglas, first he was asking for the email of the server owner to help, I provided the email then he did not reply for some time. I looked up their discord server and saw Douglas playing Genshin Impact, no wonder he is not replying. I sent a screenshot of him to our support chat. He then blocked me, and I was just amazed.
