Emperor Vodka Bewertungen 

I recently ordered Emperor Vodka Chocolate and Lychee flavours from Amazon, and I have to say I was genuinely impressed. The vodka itself is incredibly clean and smooth, which you don’t always get with flavoured spirits.
The Chocolate vodka has a really rich cocoa note without being overly sweet, while the Lychee flavour is light, floral and very aromatic. Both taste quite natural and well balanced rather than artificial, which was a pleasant surprise.
You can tell the base vodka is good quality – smooth, crisp and easy to drink whether neat or mixed. Definitely one of the more refined flavoured vodkas I’ve tried recently. Would happily order again.

Appalling customer service. No reply to me asking when I will receive my order, which is weeks late.
No telephone number on the website, so you can only email them or send chat messages; and they are not replying to any chat or email messages re. my delivery.
Still haven’t received my order from 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received a reply from them.
I don’t recommend them at all. Don’t waste your money.

Never tasted such a good vodka honestly.Bought it last year as the colour matched my new living room..Had to treat our house again and bought the lychee one as well!

The item arrived before the said date the package was in perfect condition and the driver was friendly and polite

5 stars on delivery as I have not tasted it yet but as vodkas go and with these flavours I'm rather excited to taste them, I ordered 7 bottles off wowcher. I redeemed my voucher on the same day and all 7 bottles were delivered in good speed the next day.

Bought as a gift, perfect 50cl bottles to try the different flavours. I would buy again.

It was very difficult to use a wowcher code. When contacting on online chat you took a long time to answer my query. You did not follow this up with the email you promised. I just hope I receive my purchase within a good timescale.

False dpd shipping reference received for 2 orders . Eventual response was ‘Apologies on the delay. We are facing some internal delays with our shipping carrier s. We will keep you updated on this at the earliest. Regret the inconvenience caused.’

So when will I receive my orders? Why no correspondence to say you had issues. This is extremely poor customer service.

Order is estimated for 11-13 of Oct, but it was delivered on the 19th, they didn't reply to all three emails I sent asking where my order is, literally complete silence from them, didn't respond when I sent a message on their website. I missed the date for my friend's birthday, so I wasn't able to give them the bottle as planned, and when I asked for a refund through email since I had no more point having them, they shipped the bottles. Absolutely horrendous customer service, terrible terrible service, playing jokes on their customers, will absolutely not buy again. They don't even taste that nice, Absolut vodka is much better.

Edit: They said they sent me emails, I did not, I checked everything including my spam folder every single day and got nothing.

I have not received my product after emailing twice to find out where it is.
