No one services Emmo Monster in Nova Scotia
First person I talked to tried to help, told me to send an email with pics to your service department. Did so, but never got a word back from them. No help at all. There's no one in Nova Scotia who will change a back tire on an Emmo Monster. I had to figure it out myself, just had a couple of parts left over when I finished, wanted to find out where they go.

The bike i chose was falsely advertised and had so many issue with it i don't remember the exact date but yea said it had a winter proof battery but when u scroll down to the list of models it says other wise I need a bike for winter too now im stuck with it

Almost 5km in on my emmo dx
Almost 5km in on my emmo dx , had it from may till Nov now , I daily it , 35km a day min I do that without the limiter reaching 75km as max speed , love the bike I would buy another one with better km range so I could ride more

I have devoloped bad knees over this…
I have devoloped bad knees over this past year and have had to sideline my ride most days! I have 5aken good care and it charges and my son rides on some weekends. My bike has been stronge and will be active around town again soon.

Truly disappointed
I purchased the Emmo merona in August beginning.
Right after 4 weeks I started noticing a creaking sound from the front wheel on the application of brakes, after a few days, the sound increased with a grinding sound from the rear wheel this time. I called the customer care and they told me to take the bike to the nearest emo dealer. I took it to Mississauga service centre and they fixed it in a day !
After exact 2 weeks I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE WITH THE BIKE !
And I am tryin to find a way to take it back to them because it’s not easy as I live really far away .
This is really disappointing and annoying how could a new bike give trouble in just few weeks of very limited use !

We have 2 emmo bikes and needed a part…
We have 2 emmo bikes and needed a part for one . The piece that holds the instrument panel in place on handlebars and they found the part and made a online invoice and the part was only $20 Emmo bikes are great quality and their customer service and warranty are excellent

The Emmo Caofen F80
The Emmo Caofen F80, is my go too electric motorcycle. This thing is so much fun!!. Plus I can use it for about 8 months out of the year, as compared to my snow machine. My side by side is ok, but no where near the fun I’m having with my bike! I’m hoping I can purchase the one up from this model, as soon as they come on sale that is. I came close to buying another one of the same as the F80, but will wait for the one up from this one, the off road one, slightly taller bike. I ride mine every single day!! Just love it, so does my grandson! He wants one, lol. Thank you Emmo!!
