I purchased an Emma mattress after visiting their website and reading 'customer' reviews.
The mattress is the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I wake up aching all over.
I have emailed the company three times, I have not received any reply.
I was under the impression that the mattress could be returned if not satisfactory. I was happy to try a different one but their customer service appears to be non-existent.

My son wanted to buy me a new mattress so he tried to buy one. Card failed, although not for lack of funds. Ditto 4 other peoples cards and finally in desperation my Apple Pay still payment didn’t go through. Chatted with Joan and did everything she said. Wrote email days ago complaining and Nothing what an awful experience. From other peoples experience I’m not the only one.

I ordered one of the Emma toppers. 48 days later the mattress is still not delivered, and after contacting customer service multiple times, I have gotten the same reply multiple times, that "my order is now in final stage of production and will be delivered next week". I have requested multiple times to cancel my order, and they say it's not possible, but they are still not able to give me a delivery time. Really bad experience and customer support.

Still waiting for a refund after 3 weeks!!

I don't know where else to turn, order was cancelled and 3 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund.

So - this is a review follow up I’ve been asked to do. My first mattress from Emma was shocking - didn’t not grow more than 19cm and my experience with customer services was also a shocking experience - wait times appalling and that’s if I could even get through !! The only way I was able to get any attention was through this site and giving a bad review - somehow - that seems backward to me!!!!! However a replacement mattress was sent which was good but I still had to humf the old one downstairs and the new one in a box upstairs by myself - again, not ideal and hassle!! The new mattress is OK which is why I’m still sticking with my three stars !! It’s not the 23cm they’re claiming it should grow to but I do sleep well on it. Would I buy another ? …….. I don’t think so. I hope this review helps somebody with their decision of a purchase

Worst experience EVVVER!!!!! ordered on the 19 November and paid for premium delivery (1-3 business days). 5 failed delivery attempts, over 10 calls with 30min wait times and still NOTHING. This feels like a scam to me. DO NOT BUY. BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE! This is your warning about this terrible service.

I regret buying an Emma mattress. It worst price/quality I ever had. It forms a dent in the middle real quick. Terrible support from their side. Refund isn't as easy as they make it out to be.

I feel I must write to say how well my issue was resolved by the Care Team at Emma.
Katie & Ella were absolutely 100% customer focused in my situation.
They were on top of the situation at all times and ensuring I was informed all along the way. Never have I experienced customer service as high as this. Katie and Ella are both a credit to Emma.

EMMA MATTRESS => FRAUD / CHEATING

Been weeks since i ordered an Emma Mattress - still waiting for delivery. Website says a) 4-8 day delivery - after ordering they say shipping is 4-8 days and i have waited for weeks now b) contact number - i get a message that the number cannot accept incoming calls c) Numerous feedback - Contact CEO has resulted in no progress. Something to be done to put an end to this cheating today.

Ironically courier is through Delhivery, another fraud as an accomplice.

Emma Mattress India ..One of the worst service I have seen.
I ordered a mattress 2 months back and I am still waiting for it to get delivered. Emma Support team is unable to tell the correct status. All they say is it will get delivered this week but its weeks that I am getting same response. In all, i am not sure if this is a fake site in India to cheat people.

I wish I can give 0 starf for their services

Placed order on 25/6/20. They mailed on 4/7/20 regarding cancellation. It is waste of time dealing with them . DISSATISFIED
