I still have hear nothing about it on email, but they did text me to tell me that basically I don't have a claim because I didn't have an emssions cheat device. Have heard back from the company - am not eligible so fair enough.

My only concern therefore is how much unwanted advertising I may receive from all the personal data I needed to give to "submit my claim".

Ask for the address of anyone that calls you! They will soon go away!
