I ordered a sweater on 12/2/24. It was for a Christmas party on 12/23. I never received the sweater. I finally sent in a refund request in February. Instead of refunding my money, they decided they were going to send me the sweater! I don’t need or want it anymore! This is the response, ‘ We're really sorry it's taking you too long and you want to cancel the order.’. Over two months and it took me too long!
Worst customer service ever!

No blouse, no blouse, scam scam scam🎶This company deserves a 0 star rating! Ordered a blouse at the first of November 2024. Three weeks later, I emailed the company inquiring about the order. I received an email that said "We regret to inform you that there is a delay in the delivery of your package. However, we want to assure you that your order is already in the process and will be shipped out as swiftly as possible. Please understand that in rare cases, the processing and production of orders may require 2-5 working days before we can initiate the shipping process, which is the root cause of the delay." I asked if the product was on backorder and they gave me a tracking number to track my order status. Okay, fair enough. Well here it is two months later and I still haven't received my order! I emailed them back asking about the order. No response whatsoever!!!

This is truly the worst retailer to work with. Customer service is non existent, they send out automated replies to your questions. I ordered an item and 3 months later I'm still trying to get a refund for it getting delivered to someone besides me.

Ordered clothing in oct. Never received merchandise. Have made numerous request for updates and just receive automated reply saying they are checking and will advise. Have demanded a refund but just get the same automated reply.

You sent me one of the two sweaters I ordered robbing me of $59. You can improve by send the things people pay for! And stop sending computer generated emails that don't resolve anything!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This website is a total scam and they are all thieves!!!! I tried to return a shirt that was bought from them. Upon receipt it was not what I expected. When I tried to return it. I was told it would be a simple process. When I learned that I would have to ship it back to China. At a cost far more than the original price. I contacted them again and I was offered a twenty percent credit equaling to about 8$. I received a email saying that I was credited to my bank but it was not. This company is run by thieves!!!!

Fake site. I ordered a top that never came and whenever I inquired I got some AI response avoiding tracking info. I had to file a claim with my bank.

Stay away!

As others have noted, the item doesn't look much like what was advertised. And if you didn't read the fine print, note that you will have to pay shipping back to China and customs fees to do a return. They offered me 25% of my purchase price and not to send it. Sham/Scam Company - don't buy from them

The "sweater" I purchased was not a sweater at all. It was more of a very cheap sweatshirt fabric with a knitted sweater look pattern "stamped" on the surface. That is very misleading. The description was evasive (no details about fabric content) but included such words as "elegance, authenticity, and high quality materials. I couldn't disagree with them more!! I was fulfilling a gift request for someone so didn't look closer at the website or reviews. Now that I've gone back to the website I see that every product has the same description! Eventually I figured it was probably coming from China since it took over 3 weeks to arrive which was never stated anywhere. A 2 star rating is a little high but I did receive the product so I give them that. I read other reviews about the exorbitant rate to ship back, so I'll probably just be keeping it as "lesson learned."

Very poor quality merchandise that looked nothing like the sweater they advertised. To add insult to injury than they made me pay for shipping to China which cost more than the sweater. The whole company is a SHAM and the customer service is terrible!!!!!
I should have read their reviews first and than I would have never ordered from them.

Much like all the other reviews, I did not get what an ordered. This site must use “stock” photos? The boots I ordered were supposed to be vintage and rustic knee high boots. I received short, brown, plain, and cheap boots. Clearly I will not get my money back but the BBB should open a complaint.

I ordered 2 sweaters on October 3rd and it is now November 29th. They keep send emails with different tracking numbers and saying it was delivered. Don't bother ordering anything from them, I can't get anything but a computer generated Gmail saying it was delivered. I've never been so disappointed with ordering anything. I never want to order clothes online again.

What you see is not what you get. I saw a cute tweed blazer on Pinterest and decided to give it a try. Nowhere did it say that they shipped from China. I didn’t think that I would receive it and almost wished I didn’t! It was that bad. Cheap polyester material with a tweed printed on it. Cheap, flimsy fabric and just plain ugly. Do not buy from this company

Item I received was completely different than the online catalog. Although they did respond to my email for a return, they are giving me the run around, drowning me with AI responses, and indicating that a return is not in my future. This is a scam

Yep, unfortunately I got *got* by this company. Should’ve known better! I ordered a sweater, which arrived in a relatively timely fashion, but it looked almost nothing like what was advertised and was incredibly cheap looking and feeling. Their “return policy” requires the buyer to not only print out a nonsensical form but to pay the shipping costs, which of course to China is $30, making it cost more to return it than to just accept their only other offer of a 20% refund. Total scam. Stay away.

Item marked delivered but it wasn't and they refuse to show proof or even discuss the matter.
Taking this up with the bank for $100

Truly deserves 0 stars, complete scam. I placed an order a month ago. My tracking doesn't show any locations and then says they attempted delivery at 12 am on Oct 20th, and usps doesn't deliver at that time. I contacted the company and they keep sending me repeat automated emails saying they have to trust their shipping partner. I've requested a refund several times and they keep disregarding that request. Then this morning they send me a link to tracking that says it was delivered on October 16th. It's not even the same tracking number! I highly doubt that was an accident and they thought I wouldn't notice. I've already filed a dispute, hopefully I'll receive my refund but it's likely going to take a while. Do not trust this "company".

Horrible experience! No tags at all in the dress I purchased. It was supposed to be a cotton dress, but no way this is cotton. It looks like material that would be used to make a slip. The size is way too small for what I ordered. Also, it reeks of cigarette smoke!

If I could give them NO stars, I would. My outfit took THREE weeks from Hong Kong. Using Emily Dunmore’s size chart, I ordered a 2XL. I wouldn’t even get the top over my head, didn’t even try the pants. By American standards, this was made to fit a small or medium sized female. Knowing that returning it will cost me $30, I begrudgingly accepted a 20% refund for a $43 item. Buyer Beware….never again!

Scam. I’ve been had before so asked where they are located…CHINA. The ‘about us’ is all fictional. Emily Dunmore doesn’t exist along with similar such as Sarah Kate Jones!

Trying to hide your true business location and activity. Actually selling Chinese dupes using imagery from Instagram/Pinterest etc.
