The worst AI on the planet, it is not helpful won’t transfer you to a person.
If you see their load on the board is not worth your nerves to call them because it will drive you crazy.

This company booked a meeting with my company and didn't even attend, I attempted to call them during the meeting time and nobody would answer eventually hanging up the phone straight away after my third attempt. I suspect this company to be fraudulent due to suspicious behavior that is in no way professional.

Do not buy new bottles they are terribley made with the lids just had a full on battle with a 1ltr emerge as the cap wouldn't open even when the seal was taken off almost like they've been glued

Tried telling me to pay £100 for my package that they're holding and ive already paid for. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

IM A FRIEGHT BROKER, I HAVE NEVER HAD A DISPATCH LIE TO ME, AND LIE TO ME MULTIPLE TIMES. I SPOKE TO GANI WHOM HUNG UP ON ME MULTIPLE TIMES, TOLD ME A "DRIVERS' NUMBER THAT WAS ALSO A COMPLETE LIE. I WILL BE SUING THIS COMPANY IN FEDERAL COURT.

The rate sheet says payments will be 30 days after delivery, while we are still waiting for 73 days and looking for it. And they are bad on payments!

They don't care about their carrier at all

Easy communication with our carrier representative and fair rates. I would recommend working with Emerge to any trucking company.

They are a very sketchy company to work with. Many of their loads are illegally scrapped off their competitors sites.

This place is a joke. Tried to bid on a couple of different loads and they locked me out. Said I was a broker. Not. Just trying go load my truck. BIG JOKE. Don't waste your time with them.

The "dashboard" is vibrant and allows me to visually see where trucks are.

Using the "network providers" function allows me to send one e-mail to our carriers to get spot quotes and collect these quotes in one space.

This save a lot of time for my staff as opposed to sending multiple emails and then having to read each response

this system is fantastic!!! Bri Taube is the best broker/agent anyone could ask for. In the 20+ years I have been doing this I have never had the top notch customer service she provides.

The dashboard is very user friendly. The response time is fast when getting rate quotes and even faster working with our rep , Stephen Drew. Two thumbs up.
