I ordered batteries from Temu. Unfortunately they used EMega as the delivery people. The parcel is only coming from Kemps Creek which is a 3 hour drive away from us. The parcel was in transit on Nov 7th 2025 . I still have not received my parcel. E Mega has told Temu that they delivered the parcel on Nov 11th. Now Temu will not refund my money because of that. I am still getting emails saying that E Mega is going to DELIVER my parcel, which I have forwarded onto Temu. We are home every day and have definitely not missed the delivery.
AVOID E Mega at all costs. They are LIARS, SCAMMERS and FRAUDULENT

just got my husband some new crocs from this site at a bargain thanks to the sale. they arrived today and they are of good quality. cheers! will probably grab other things before the month's out to make the most of the deal!

Ebay purchase - NOT DELIVERED - seller wont get proof of delivery. this useless courier company won't provide proof of delivery - wont track gps of driver to prove. I work from home - so I was def home. emails going back & forward with their refusal to provide proof it was delivered. item is 3.5m in length so easy to see! Pic provided is pathetic and DOES NOT show proof of delivery! They should be banned from deliveries on ebay! If I could give them a negative review I would.

Purchased a book from eBay. Case launched when tracking hadn’t updated in over 3 weeks. Tracking suddenly updated anfter case with PayPal. Item not delivered. Emailed company asking for proof of delivery. Apparently they were “busy” that day & were unable to take a photo. Complete bullshit. Item not delivered. Refund from PayPal still pending. Buyer beware.

Got my package nearly two weeks after I bought it. Delivery was fine, no dramas there. My only concern is that it wasn't packed all that securely. Hoepfully that's something you can improve over time.

My order got lost in the mail, but they were really kind and let me know straight away and gave me a refund, even though it cost them too. Cheers for that! I'll order again soon and hope it goes through fine by then.

Ordered the wrong size slippers, so I contacted them and they provided me a return label straight away. Quick customer service! The return is still on its way back, and I will be reordering the right size once my refund has been sorted.

EMega refuses to honor the warranty on products purchased from them. I purchased a computer component with a 2year warranty - however when it had issues (and Emega was informed within 6 months of purchase) they refused to honor the warranty.

Almost forgot to leave a review, but here it is. I ordered a few times from this website including some Scrub Mummy sponges and Dettol Antibacterial Floor Cleaning Wipes on the 12th of July. They arrived separately. The Dettol wipes showed up on the 17th and the Scrub Mummy arrived a bit later on the 24th, which was nearly 2 weeks after I placed the order. Bit of a waitm but all good. The Scurb Mummy works well with my cookware, especially when I use it with the miracle paste from The Pink Stuff.

Sorry for the delay. I should've posted this review ages ago. Thanks for the reminder, emega :) the brushes arrived about a month ago in two separate boxes. A bit weird but go on. I do have some concerns though. Some bristles are really thin and flimsy. The wooden handles are excellent and haven't cracked even after plenty of cleaning. It's juts the bristles that let things down.

Did not pay for express shipping but my order arrived after two days. Will buy again for sure!

Hi Emega ! I forgot to update you but the precision cutter turned up about a week later . Shipping could be better, but all good ! The cutter works well .

Surprisingly good for the price. Nice spicy scent and lasts a fair while. Not quite high-end but definitely worth it.

I don't usually leave reviews but I was really impressed with the service. I ordered preserved flowers with LED lights for my mom's birthday last Saturday, August 9th. I was a bit unsure at first thinking it might not arrive on time but to my surprise, it arrived teh very next day! The packaging was secure and the gift box was prettyu. My mom absolutelt loved it! You truly deserve 5 stars for that ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tried the old bait and switch trick. Sold me a product for a good price then said it was not available. Offered to swap it for another product that I could find online for $20 less than what I paid for. The product I ordered was still being offered by them but for more money now.

Sorry for the late feedback! Got my supplements on the 18th of July. I was expecting them to rock up around the end of the month, since that's what the website said when I placed my order so I was thrilled when they arrived early. I've now got nearly six months worth of the Nature Bee Power Polen. Thanks!!!
