The Excellent Result At The End Of An Extensive Search
When I did my search for a new lease vehicle, it was nationwide and you can imagine my surprise when I found one just round the corner from me. The price and terms were great, and Joe always got back to me extremely promptly with any queries. When I had decided on the car and ordered it, communication was clear and everything was done as promised. When there was a problem with Hyundai UK, Mandy and the customer service team kept me updated and in the end there was no change to delivery date or inconvenience to me so well done team for working behind the scenes to get my car to me as expected.

It was my first time leasing a car. My husband dealt with buying cars etc bit he passed away 4 years ago. Joe and Mandy were so helpful. They never made me feel silly for the questions I asked. They got the car to me quicker than I thought. I cannot recommend them enough

Aby and Mandy are amazing
Aby and Mandy are amazing. They supported me throughout. The deal appeared to be too good to be true. After digging around I was reassured this was a professional business who provide excellent deals and service. Mandy was great at helping me getting my car for my first day of work on the new job. She was very graceful with my 4389 questions I fired off at her! I would certainly look at leasing with them again when this plan expires. Thank you.

First time leasing
EDIT 02/07/25: 3 months have passed since my original review of Embrace leasing where I thought everything had gone very well. It turns out that despite me having signed an offer that included the maintenance of the car, Embrace Leasing had a mistake and the maintenance was actually not included in my finance agreement. They have accepted that it was their mistake however they have not agreed to take responsibility and cover the cost of the maintenance. I only found out 3 months later that the maintenance was not included. This is really poor service and I will take legal actions

Thank you for updating your review and for continuing to engage with us as we worked through this matter. While I am sorry that your final experience did not meet the service standard we strive for, I would like to respond in full to clarify the actions taken since your original feedback.
Following your concerns regarding the inclusion of maintenance on your lease agreement, we carried out a detailed internal investigation. It was identified that our broker order form contained a clerical error where the phrase “Maintenance Included” was mistakenly left in the specification section. However, the accompanying finance summary clearly showed a £0.00 cost for maintenance, and the monthly rental confirmed a non-maintained agreement. The signed finance agreement with the funder reflected this accurately from the outset.
We listened back to all relevant phone recordings. Your initial call with our team contained no mention of maintenance, and in a later call, our colleague referred to the broker form but made clear he had not seen the finance agreement. At no stage was maintenance promised or charged for.
We fully acknowledged the documentation error and took full ownership of the confusion it caused. We also formally responded to your complaint and made two goodwill options available to resolve the matter: either a financial contribution towards a maintenance package, or a direct goodwill payment. You have since confirmed acceptance of the £150 goodwill payment to close the matter, and this is now being arranged.
We understand and respect your decision not to return as a customer and are genuinely sorry that this experience has led to that outcome. We are currently reviewing our customer service and escalation procedures, and your feedback has already informed changes in how we support both new customers and our internal team, including training for apprentices like the colleague you spoke with.
While we cannot change the outcome, we have aimed throughout to act with integrity, transparency, and fairness.

The only place for leasing
I was on the lookout for a lease vehicle for the first time and was using Leaseloco a comparison site and decide the car I wanted and choose who to use which happened to be another company but the choice & spec were on back order with no definite date for arrival. While I was deciding on my next move I received a phone call from Aby Mason (Silverstone) to see if I had managed to get sorted, explaining my situation she found me just what I was looking for and at a better price. She said the car was in stock and just needed to be registered, I agreed to the deal and Aby sent over the paperwork, The paperwork showed the wrong colour interior which I pointed out to her and I was assured that my choice was going to be delivered.
Aby sent me an updated order and also informed me that the cost had been reduced which was very pleasing. After signing to take delivery of the car Aby passed me on to the Customer Care team who kept me informed of how things were progressing, the following people Michelle Williamson, Amber Thorpe and Mandy Colby who finalized the deal getting it over the line even though Hyundai are very strong on signatures being 100% looking the same as your driving license.
So a very big thank you to all of Silverstone/Embrace team for all your professional work. My first port of call for future leasing will be to Silverstone, thanks girls

Great experience, excellent service
I needed ti lease a new car and called several companies. Aby Mason was the person who made me go with Embrace Leasing. She too the time out to understand my needs and gave me various options. When I was deliberating she gave me space then touched bases with me with more information. Unlike the other companies I did not have to chase her when I made enquiries and nothing was too much. Excellent from start to finish
We found embrace online and contacted them by phone. Joe came straight back to us and from that moment we were convinced we would be using them to lease our MG EV.
Communication is top notch, emailed answered quickly, delivery driver was so lovely and polite, car is brilliant. Should mention also that it’s the cheapest deal we found.
