Awful awful awful.

My company mates and I had ordered shirts in May and just received them mid-September. The staff had told us about long shipping times but this was at least 5 weeks past their expected wait time. When it came to the shirts themselves, they were terrible. The sizing was 1.5x too small, and the materials were just weird. My simple t shirt had rough layers of fabric and the color of my coyote tan t shirt was definitely not in accordance with Army Regulation. After emailing customer service over and over again, I’ve still yet to receive a refund. Their customer service is unprofessional and unreliable. Despite the marketing on their website, about how it is a veteran-run organization or anything, I do not believe it. Would not recommend to anyone- this company may be a scam. Save your money and headache by going elsewhere!! Trust me!

6 months I have asked one time in the past 6 months about the status of the orders and I have asked to be patient and that you are behind due to COVID. I got it. I have been patient. Your team and myself have worked really hard on coming up with a design for my unit. I jumped through a ton of hoops to get your company to be my go to guys for unit apparel. That you were the answer to problems in the past. I ordered one shirt to prove the quality look and feel before we ordered bulk. No one from my unit wants to order from your company now because of the turn around time. We had to have another company fill your business in May to get the shirts we needed because you are so backed up. You have had plenty of time to fill these orders. Please get my order to me or get me and my unit members that have ordered from the my unit’s store account back our money.

I have never sent a company a negative email your the first. Personal or professional.

Fraud! Do not use this company! Like the others below I created a store for my company back in April of 2021 we placed a ton of orders and no one has seen or heard from them since. It’s October 1st and I can’t get them to even respond to an email. Just want my money back at this point but that doesn’t look promising.

Christie was insanely helpful from the beginning. She knew exactly what could be offered to us and she saw our design come to life in such a perfect way! We kept adding a lot of different pieces every time we were in contact and she delivered us a flawless design!

Since it seems this is the only way to get any type of response from your company, I am leaving this review. I ordered shirts for our unit on April 8th. I have not received the shirts, or the refund I asked for in July. You cannot conduct business this way when you cater to military and government agencies. Blease issue the refund.

I ordered my custom jackets online here. I've been getting the same exact reasons why they can't send them. I ordered them on Feburary, 2nd, 2021 and still no sign of them. I keep sending emails on updates and they send me the same email. Saying February orders are shipping out. Yet I still have no jackets and its been 7 months going 8.

Had to wait 3 months to get my daughters PE kit it was a joke!

I had a great experience with the design team. Emma worked with me every step of the way in creating our unit logo and remained flexible throughout the process as changes continued to be made in the design. Sara helped establish our online store and was super helpful in answering all of my questions regarding sales. She even called me directly to address my concerns over shipping delays which made all the difference to me. The only reason I'm not providing the 5th star is because I do believe the wait time is a little long, but hoping to receive our gear within the expected time window. Really excited and looking forward to receiving our "kickass gear".

Horrible backlogs. My company decided to order unit shirts and hoodies back in March. It's almost September and all we've gotten are excuses and "we'll ship in two weeks." This is horrendous customer service and we will never order again, and will caution other units not to use this company either.

It's sad to read all the stories and understand all the pains and frustrations. We all understand covid blah blah blah vendor issues not up to par enough excuses and send out updates it's our money held hostage. We are all angry because of the lack of communication and when we ask for an update it's the same excuse... Sorry Vendor problems, but we just got a new vendor so your order will get to you the middle of this month. I've heard that for the past 6 months. How about buying a ticket machine and calling out the orders so I can be excited that I'm 52nd in line. Send refunds or shirts not excuses!

Ordered some shirts back in March. Never received them. Sent an email to Cate who is one of their sales associates. He told me there was a delay and that I would get my items in 4-6 weeks. Okay, fine. 12 weeks later and still haven’t gotten an update. I understand if they are having supplier issues.. but there is no communication or updates to the customers regarding this issue. It’s been so long since I’ve ordered these items that I almost forgot about them. If I didn’t think to email them about this issue (which I did) then I’d probably never receive my order or refund. I hope I can get a refund for this. If I do, I’ll change my review to 1.5 stars.

I have been waiting on my order since April and have a projected order arrival time of 3 months from the time of me writing this review. Not a single unprompted update from the company.

I have been waiting on my order since 16MAY21. I wrote a bad review on here earlier and contacted the CEO of this company for the terrible service. 17 emails later I still do not have my order, same excuses every time. After a lot of going back and forth with the CEO I did get my money back which makes me even more upset. Obviously they have not worked things out and are returning money. I was told I would still receive my order but as of 12AUG21 there has been no delivery of my order. Then I get an email from trust pilot saying Emblem Athletic did not like my review on here and wanted me to prove I had ordered something from them. Really, that is what it has come down to. Instead of doing what your company says you are trying to change the ratings on trustpilot. So I responded to the email with my original order from May.

Very fast response time, super helpful staff and outstanding designs. The online store is super easy to use, prices are reasonable and product quality is high.

It was a bit crazy at first due to covid-19 but in the end it was worth the wait. I love the way the shirt came out, the material will truly last longer then any other ordinary shirt. They will truly get my business again

Ordered in April - got a note about shipping delays and then received my gear. It’s held up better than anything else I’ve ordered before so I can see why it took so long.

If I could give this so called business negative stars, it would be negative 5!
I've placed an order back in Feb, and still waiting into August, going on 6 months! Emailed multiple times, directed to the owner now...ofcourse with bot like responses! I get the wait for custom unit orders, but this is out of control, downright shameful for this business to have any affiliation to the veteran community. Its not about the refund, it's now a matter of principal. The owner of this company is either a complete moron with no business sense whatsoever or just another carbagger taking advantage of vets, and whomever he can. As I stated, multiple emails directed to the owner, and get the bot like response from Hannah! If your looking to order unit shirts or anything from this company be prepared to be screwed, complete FUBAR!! I'm glad I didn't go with my original order which was much larger, and waited to see how the initial one turned out, STILL WAITING!

Just got my gear from Emblem and it’s awesome. Feels like a $60 Lululemon shirt and the print quality is better than any other unit shirt I’ve ever had. Did it take forever? Yes, but their team responded to all my emails and the package came with a letter from the team talking about the supply chain delays and what they’re doing to fix it. Others from my unit have also used them in the past and the quality has been equally great. Looking at some other reviews on here reminds me of my wife’s business and all of the customer service nonsense that businesses have to go through. Have a little patience and relax. It’s a tough time for small businesses and this team cares about putting out a great product.
