Visited the Brighton store, lovely clothes, good price point, friendly service. Bought a couple of pieces and told about the online service. Ordered a couple of t-shirts via the website. Fabulous products and excellent service
My friend recommended Elsie and Betts as I love the things she wears. I ordered a few things and am absolutely over the moon with everything that arrived. They arrived promptly and each item was individually wrapped in tissue paper together with a lovely free sample that smells delightful! The clothes are gorgeous and great quality, I’m now looking for an excuse to wear them all!!

An absolute little gem of a shop! The staff are lovely and so helpful! I always spend more than I intend because there are so many great items to buy. Bought my last items online and once again the service was excellent. So I thoroughly recommend having a browse online or in person..... Also worth checking the weekly online videos on Fb, I have chosen most of my purchases by watching them, its like a personal shopping experience! 🌟
