picking up the Rv was not a good experience, we were the only customers and we had to wait for more than 1 hour, supposedly they where cleaning the RV, (they had like 8 Rvs parked at the parking lot), so when finally the Rv arrived it was very dirty, so we did not accept it, and at the end they gave us another one. poor planning from the guys at the desk.

Nice size, fueling impossible
Nice size, drove good , but the microwave didn’t work, it was almost impossible to fuel it up. About 15 to 40 minute to get 17 gals of gas. Depends on the gas pumps r all different old ones were the best. For this reason I may not rent another one of that make. Too old to handle that again.

Great RV rental
Great RV rental, will definitely use them again, some how we booked the wrong size and they got us into the right size we wanted and that made our 13 day road trip so much more comfortable .. you guys rock!

El Monte Rv Rentals is great!

The RV match with the descriptions
The RV match with the descriptions, the video were shows how to use the RV very useful and the unit works fine, the RV feels a little old and some of the functions do not work perfectly (the unit do not work the nivelation system), and the gray and black tank sensors do not works... the kitchen kit its limited, we have to buy a pan and some cooking utensils (like spatula or spoon) the other function works very good and we spent wonderful time with the RV and with our travel...
