Completed the OCDEA APEL course recently and Adrian Burr was our trainer. He explained things clearly and kept the sessions easy to follow, even for topics that could get a bit technical. Whenever any of us had doubts, he took the time to go through them properly rather than rushing on. Overall a smooth and genuinely useful learning experience.

Just completed the Level 3 DEA course on line. It an excellent course both the trainer and Caroline my assessor know their stuff and were always really helpful. The assignments are straight forward and the more you do the clearer it becomes. Great training system that allows you to practice without worry and this will help you gain confidence and build your knowledge.

Michael and AJay were Great trainers who helped walk us through the process and get started with the appropriate software and terminology.

An assessor came to my property aim to produce a current EPC. She seemed flustered and unsure, even looked in fridge and freezer in kitchen. Now I see 7 weeks later my EPC rating on government website is same one submitted 8 years ago prior to my buying and renovating my house. Even has oil as fuel for central heating when it is now gas and a new boiler, underfloor heating and more insulation. Old EPC (completely incorrect) is now on estate agents sale details for my property. Assessor has not even registered her findings on government website. Trained and accredited by your company. Looking for my fee to be returned plus compensation.

Elmhurst rdsap training, online training fraud is a serious issue in the UK.some training providers charge people large amounts of money while also benefiting from government funding. And they do nothing to provide the training or support they promised.this is one of the biggest concerns in the UK training sector

I've recently completed my DEA course and had a really positive experience. The course was well explained and gave me a much better understanding of the role and what is expected. The support i received throughout off of Ajay Passan was brilliant.

Recently completed a course with Elmhurst (ABBE Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment) this was done online over three days and then I produced a portfolio of evidence and had to pass numerous online tests. The course was delivered really well and was engaging and informative, Michael who delivered it was absolutely fantastic. All my work was marked quickly and useful feedback was given by Christine who helped me along with well with friendly useful advice. I will definitely be doing more courses with Elmhurst, I am totally new to the world of EPCs and they have helped me get into it with ease.
