After taking £25.48 for an order that never arrived and then having to cancel after over a week due to no communication or sign of the items I received an email that the order was for £20.48 but not to worry as no payment had been taken.Then took 3 people to sort it out on the phone. What a joke. Still waiting for refund.

Excellent service where staff notably Louise Barney strives to help beyond the call of duty.
Even if the product is not in stock, she swiftly organises delivery from another depot so we do not waste time having to visit other merchants.

The worst ever, rude workmen , arrogant and rude and terrible workmanship....my advice

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have had 2 identical leaks in a new build roof - the first in January 2021 and the second in October 2023.

On both occasions, Elliotts have been slow to act and have had to be chased multiple times by the housing development company. They have shown poor communication and the same response every time they have been chased. They set date deadlines and communication deadlines yet consistently do not meet them.

The first leak was reported by myself and the housing development company in early January 2021; Elliotts eventually ‘fixed’ it on the 29th March 2021. Nearly 3 months to fix a structural issue. The second leak (exactly the same as the first) was reported to Elliotts on the 1st November 2023. Multiple chases from the housing development company later and it is still yet to be addressed. Long-term damage externally and internally now a certainty.

Absolutely terrible customer service, professionalism and, by the looks of it, build quality.

Julie in credit control is super helpful and deserves a pay rise :)

They have been booked to do our flat roof on 2 separate occasions - the first, we had a period of 3 days, and the second a fixed date.

No notification. Calls not returned.

Shoddy customer service.

Elliotts Premier Roofing stuck with me over the very long time my building project has taken.
They were always there to provide advice and installed Solar PV (absolutely beautifully!) with Solar Edge controls and heat recover MHVR.
If I had known at the time they also provided wiring and a range of other services, I would have definitely used them for that too.
Simon Smith's knowledge on renewables is extensive, nothing is too much trouble and, best of all, the price was very reasonable. They have excellent environmental policies within their business too.
I would recommend Elliotts Roofing without hesitation for any renewables or roofing project.
