Cheap poor quality clothes , terrible sizing , since I emailed to ask for a refund they have stopped replying to me ! This is a scam company. (I will only delete this review once they refund me in full and respond to my email).

This is a scam. They're selling counterfeit goods. Nothing like the pictures or descriptions. All the reviews are fake too. Seems like there was never a shop and the whole story behind it is lies as well. Stay well away

Absolute Scam! Avoid this company at all costs! I ordered a blue coat which was described as wool and cashmere blend. When it arrived it was nothing like the picture, is cheap and ill-fitting and label says the material is polyester and cotton! I emailed and asked for a refund but they refused stating it was a sale item which isn't refundable. Everything is in the sale and this wasn't evident on the page. They breach the Trade Descriptions Act but there is no way to enforce or take action against them as there is only an email address to which they are now not responding.

Appalling. Don't touch Ella Rose Mode UK with a bargepole, definitely a scam under Trades Description Act 2011, making false and misleading statements about their goods which are of a very inferior quality. Bought from their own website, not on social media, the jumper was absolute rubbish, cheap and nasty polyester fabric, described as feeling "like cashmere" and the sizing is ridiculous. Now to see if they live up to their promise to refund in full except strangely, there is no phone number or return address anywhere to be found. Doesn't appear to be registered with Companies House either. Website created 2025 so already having a "closing down" sale in February??? Update - total silence, 3 weeks on, not a squeak.

Ordered some boots. Took over three weeks to arrive.
When they eventually did, they were extreemly inferior.
Not even the right shape to try to squeeze your feet into.
Have tried over half a dozen times to contact this company to return these.
No reply what so ever.
Completely ignored me, even to the point of writing to them stating that I will leave a truthfull bad review. So guys, this is it.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. !!!!

Obvious scam. Pictures do not return any matches in google search (so brand new, not existing brand), post on Facebook saying stock clearance due to windows being smashed. Typical 'too good to be true' scam.

Order number #114x it was delivered after 20 days only to find out that it was a duplicate and very cheap quality product. It was no where closer to the exact product I ordered cheap belt and material . Low quality design cut and a bad smelling material which cannot to named as leather for sure . I have requested for a refund and I am ignored by the team I will never recommend this company as I lost trust in the authenticity of it. They are fraud company
