We had a very serious and disappointing experience with 3 Global Tours.
We approached this agency for a Switzerland Schengen visa and made our flight and hotel bookings in advance based on the service we were promised. However, just 3 days before our scheduled appointment, we were suddenly informed that the appointment was for Greece instead of Switzerland.
This last-minute change caused us significant financial loss, stress and inconvenience, as our flights and accommodation had already been booked.
During the process, we were also given different names and inconsistent information, including names such as Mark and Luvsis, which raised serious concerns for us about who was actually handling our application. We were subsequently told to cancel the Switzerland appointment, leaving us extremely confused and frustrated.
We feel that we were misled about the visa service we were paying for. We are demanding a full refund and are prepared to provide all our evidence, including messages, payment records, appointment details, booking confirmations and other communications, to the relevant UK authorities.
