Excellent service!!!

I was very skeptical with having sanding and treatment done on the engineered wood floor in the house we have recently moved into, with the apparent years of not being kept on top of/ left untreated.
The team were very friendly and helpful. They did a couple test spots to show the difference between a colour and plain finish which helped us choose.

Would definitely recommend due to the quality finish with the floor looking brand new!

Our floorboards were rising up, becoming a trip-hazard. We had prompt attention from Elite. Pete and Luca were efficient and courteous. It was a pleasure to have them in our house. I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely delighted with the work from Elite Floor Maintenance. They completely transformed our original pine floors and brought them back to life. The sanding and finish are excellent, and the wood now looks bright, clean, and full of character while still keeping its natural charm.

The team were professional, friendly, punctual, and left everything tidy afterwards. You can really see the attention to detail in the finished result. The floors have completely changed the feel of the house.

Highly recommend Elite Floor Maintenance if you want quality workmanship and stunning results.

From the initial visit to quote, through to the work delivered, all points of contact were extremely professional and knowledgeable. The floor looks even better than I could have imagined so I’m extremely pleased.

I contacted Elite on a Monday morning and they replied within an hour. I followed up with details and photos, for sanding and re-treating a solid wood floor, and Mike was able to provide a quote the same day. We then booked in the work, for the Thursday. The team arrived promptly and set about the job very efficiently - and by early afternoon it was finished. I received the invoice and paid it the same day as the work. Great value and service - and a really high quality finish. Thanks very much - I would have no hesitation recommending Elite Flooring.

Very professional with great customer service. After sending my enquiry I had a response and visit booked within 2 days a very quick turnaround! Managed to fix our sub-flooring quickly and efficiently making the whole experience stress free! I would highly recommend!

Such friendly and efficient service. Thrilled with the results of the sanded floors in our house.

Hard working efficient and friendly team . Great results our old wooden floors have a new lease of life and look beautiful.

Elite Floor Maintenance have done a truly fantastic job restoring our oak floor. It now looks absolutely amazing — all water marks have been removed and the floor looks as good as new.

The team were professional, punctual, and a pleasure to have in the house. The work was carried out as a dustless job, which made a huge difference, and everything was left clean and tidy.

I would highly recommend Elite Floor Maintenance to anyone looking for high-quality floor restoration.

Having been really impressed with their renovation of our kitchen floor, we've had Elite back to restore a wooden hall floor with some deep scratches. A different team this time, but again they were very professional and personable. The finished floor looks fantastic, and you would never know where it had been damaged. Thanks again to the team at Elite.

Very friendly and efficient, floors looked line new after they finished. Would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic staff great service and my floor looks new. I am very impressed and would definitely recommend

They did an absolutely superb job of our stairs, landings and rooms. Fully sanded, beautiful finishing, fabulous team and reasonable pricing for a top notch job. Thank you!

Elite did a great job sanding and lacquering our engineered wood flooring. It looks fantastic, like a new floor. The work was also completed quickly and efficiently, with no mess. I can highly recommend this company.

Only leaving 5* because there isn't an option for 6*
Terrific interactions with Elite, from Mike's response to initial enquiry, through to Mark and Karol who worked like Trojans from the moment they arrived to restore our tired hall floor back to its prime. Efficient, professional, clean - and with an excellent result. Just what this happy customer was hoping for.

Great service from this company.
Mark & Pawel were my favourite sort of contractor - they just wanted to crack on with the work! Helpful, polite and took great care to tidy up after work.
Floors look great again and they helped me with a lot of furniture moving...
Highly recommended.

This company is simply outstanding
We had a damaged old engineered wood floor which was 25 years old and with multiple scratches and marks from my late husband's wheelchair. These guys worked a miracle. They removed all the marks and the orange hue and it looks like a totally new floor at a fraction of the price. Hardly any dust. All the workmen were pleasant and helpful and even put all the furniture back. I would give them 10 out of 10 without hesitation.

We recently had a parquet floor refurbished by Mike and his team at one of our sites which is a listed building. They did a great job & couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. 100% recommend them to anyone looking to have work done to their floor.

We recently had Elite Floor Maintenance to renovate a very tired looking wooden floor. We are absolutely delighted with the results. It looks as good as new and cost much less than a replacement. Mike and crew gave us excellent customer service and we would highly recommend them.

Brilliant company. Couldn’t rate higher. Delighted with the floor that they have restored for us. Far better that so could have hoped for.
