Had a stock issue and delay, but support helped track it. Product matched the picture in the end.

My experience with Elite Boots were at first scary I’ve been scammed multiple times but once you actually communicate with them through email they respond all I can say is just trust the process it will come to you. The boots I got where so long ago that they don’t make them anymore I was a kid when I first saw them I couldn’t afford them now I’m blessed to have them now thank you for my order.

In a span of two weeks, two F50s were received. They are of good quality and are a good deal at that price. Swap models without handing over $300 every time, completely free for a few months.

Hard to get in touch with support. They will email you back but you really can’t speak w anyone. Boots mercurial 25th anniversary edition not like what was shown on the picture. Nike symbol and 25th numbers are stickers not printed on the boots. Nike symbol on picture goes to the toe the ones I got is just a sticker on the side. You can easily tell these are knock offs. Be careful .

6/4/26 They said they would resolve my issue I sent pictures. No response. 6/11/26 still no response I think they are just a bot that send prewritten messages. You can’t call anyone you can’t text anyone emails are pre written sorry we will get with you and never do.

6/16 they have answered. They said they advertise the boots correctly. I completely disagree I wish trustpilot would allow photos. But they have agreed to send a different type of shoe at no cost. I will update again later but they seem to be willing to fix problems.

f50 lamine yamal is of excellent quality and arrived in a box with a bag.

Really good experience with EliteBoots so far. I had questions and they were able to answer them all. I ordered the wrong size and they were able to work with me. Also good quality cleats!

I had the best experience with Elite Boots. We had ordered cleats for my son and they did not fit. I immediately sent a email with my issue and they responded right away, offering an exchange and were super clear with instructions of what I needed to do next. The customer service was on point, and the quality of the product was amazing as well. Thank you Elite Boots!!

Helpful to find the right size boots fast and easy without returning!

After receiving the cleats I ordered, they were too big for my daughter. I reached out to Elite-Boots to do an exchange for a smaller size. To make it easy, they offered to just give them the correct size we need, and they would send a new pair at no cost. Good business!

There was a delay in the delivery of order but I got my boots. Like in the pictures and good quality in general. The only reason why I would rate it a 2-star rating is due to the delivery time, the product is alright.
