I finally received my order and cancelled my dispute. The ring design is just as shown on the website and it was sized accurately. Perhaps this is common with silver, but the ring went out-of-round within 1 week of daily wear. Based on my complete experience, I am increasing my rating to 3 stars.

I wanted a special gift for my wife. Our 25th anniversary is this year & I was looking for something unique. I contacted the jeweler through the website regarding a custom necklace. They were happy to help and responded within a short time. I wanted a non typical jewel set in one of the standard designs. The custom piece cost full price, but was exactly what I was hoping for. I received it in the states only a short few weeks after payment.

I first noticed Elina in 2018, I was impressed with the talent, the variety of jewels, and the beauty of the animals! January 21st 2026, I finally placed my order for my wolf ring with Emerald eyes! Yesterday my beautiful made just for me ring came! I was so excited! My wolf ring is absolutely stunningly GORGEOUS! Beyond grateful for Elina's obvious talents!! Price was decent, I highly recommend this artist!!

I placed an order for the silver bat ring with black diamonds. I am very happy with my purchase and it was worth the wait to receive it! It fits perfectly, is light weight and nicely designed. Elina was very pleasant in communications with me. I would purchase from her again. Thank you! :)

I ordered a 7.5 ring and got one that was a 7 3/4 and had to spend $75 to have local jeweler resize it to what I had ordered. Was a repeat customer but not any more.

As the owner of well over 200 rings, I like to pride myself in finding unique pieces from all over the world (unfortunately not in person).... so I love Etsy, a lot! And as an animal lover, her pieces caught my eye when I found her online a few years ago. I have the Wolf ring with the sapphire eyes and I love it. I try to rotate my rings as often as possible, however more often than not, the wolf is on my finger. I wear my rings 24/7, so I tend to buy jewelry that is durable, and this one is. I've had it 3 years and it still looks like the day I bought it. The bat and deer will be my next purchase. And I have the dragon necklace on its way, for my Mom. I also love her frequent emails with updates on her, and her jewelry. I look forward to them.

The jewelry is tacky and large. Looks like 80’s mob boss pinky rings. Maybe it appeals to certain people with bad taste.

Terrible quality and terrible customer service

The design and the appearance of my new ring is excellent. The emerald eyes just happen to match my birthstone. My wife had made a similar purchase and I was impressed with the craftsmanship of her ring thus I decided to purchase one for myself . Ordering was simple and straightforward. The fit was perfect; I've worn it daily since it arrived and it fits my finger without it feeling bulky or uncomfortable. Thanks you Elina for your attention to detail and providing an attractive piece of jewelry.

I had two exquisite rings made by Elina Gleizer—one for me and one for my sister. Mine is a great horned owl and hers is a barn owl, and they are absolutely stunning! The detail is perfect! You can see and feel the care in every curve. I love the silky smooth feel and the beautiful weight of the rings. They are bold and elegant at the same time. The stones used are gorgeous. Elina was a pleasure to work with. She responded quickly to all my questions and made the process feel easy and personal. I just can't say enough about the quality of her work. It's exquisite! Highly recommend.

After ordering from this website I waited 6 weeks to get my ring. I sent multiple emails and was left in silence. It wasn’t until I left a bad review on Facebook that the owner elina finally responded to my email stating multiple excuses as to why my order was taking so long. I finally got my ring and I was not happy with it…the ring was nice, it just wasn’t to my liking. I go ahead and start the return process and it’s been 2 weeks and all I’ve received was a $6 refund bc I had to pay out of pocket for shipping when it states on her website that returns are $5 and a label will be sent to you via email…that did not happen at all. She gave me an excuse as to them not being able to send me the label and if I could just pay for the shipping. I am still waiting on a refund of $366.00. I have emailed them multiple times again and still no response. Due to the lack of customer service, I do not recommend spending hundreds of dollars with this company only for them to ignore you unless you write a bad review on a public platform.

This ring is beautiful! I ordered the barn owl ring with diamonds and sapphires. Ordering was easy and expectations were set clearly regarding time to produce and ship the ring. Elina answered questions via email in a timely manner and I received the ring as promised.

The ring is better than I was even hoping for. The quality is apparent. The ring is comfortable even with a very wide band. The design is exquisite. I’ve never seen another anything close to this design.

I am very pleased and highly recommend this line. Well done Elina!

I've ordered from Elina 5 rings throughout the past 7 years (cat, rabbit, lioness, owl, fox).
The craftmanship is beautiful and really unique. The rings are very pleasant to wear and are an immediate eye catcher, which I was asked about multiple times
I got my last ring within the expected time frame (in spite of objective difficulties in Israel).
The communication with Elina was very easy and clear. She was flexible about delivery (agreed for a pickup, as I was in her area) and made sure I was immediately refunded for shipment costs.
I highly recommend anyone who looks for unique, high quality design (not to mention for animal lovers - it's a paradise for you!) to check her website.
Elina's beautiful creations are definitely worth the wait!

so i recently posted a review but i was wrong it appears i didn’t put my email info in after i ordered my ring they straightened it all out i have already received my ring and my wife loves it thank you so much awesome company i highly recommend them

I placed and order for a pendant that came in 2 sizes: ordered the smaller size with a 17” chain length and a lobster clasp. It took 6 weeks to receive and the wrong pendant size was sent. So I arranged an exchange for the correct size pendant. After another several weeks I received the correct size pendant with the lobster clasp, but on a shorter length of chain. This store can’t seem to get the details right. They also do not respond to communications in a timely manner. The craftsmanship appears very good, but the customer service is lacking. I would not shop here again because it’s just too much of a hassle. I will now have to take the pendant to a local jeweler to correct the issue and spend even more $. Just not worth it. Buyer beware!

Owls & Wolves
I have four pieces of jewelry from this artist. I’m waiting on the fifth piece, a lioness ring. The pieces I have are extremely well made. The designs are gorgeous. Elina is great at communicating and answering any questions. I have recommended her to my friends and everyone who compliments my pieces, which is every time I wear them out.

I ordered an owl with emerald eyes, and unfortunately I lost it by forgetting it at the gym. Then, I ordered another wolf necklace with tourmaline eyes. Wish I could upload a photo , the jewellery is beautiful! Both times, order was traceable, I got updates every time, and both are high quality pendants. The only thing was with the first order, the Austrian trade and imports office asked for a certificate for the stones of the owl, which I was not able to get from the artist. In the end, I kinda had to tell them that the emeralds are referring to the colour, so they let the necklace go and be delivered and only had to pay the import tax. Second time, no issues other than a small import tax. I guess tourmaline is not on their radar. Just as a fyi, if the jewellery has diamonds and /or rubies, emeralds, sapphires mentioned in the name, the trade office will ask for certificates, as they do open the package and look at it. At least in EU.

When I first saw this company's designs online I was immediately attracted. I am an animal rescuer and wildlife rehabilitator so of course I love animal themed jewelry. Then when I read that the wolf with one blue eye and one white symbolized IsraeI, I had to have one. It did take a while to get it but there is a war going on, be patient, people! I received my pendant yesterday and it is even more beautiful than I was expecting. It is smaller and more perfectly designed, and the chain is just perfect. I love it and I love what it symbolizes as well.

Elina does superb quality work. Over the years I have bought two silver/gold cat rings, one fox ring, a silver wolf pendant and a silver lioness pendant. My latest, a 14 kt gold cat ring with emeralds arrived this week. All have been very high quality, beautifully designed items. Because they come from Israel and they have a war going on that has taken Elina's partner/spouse away from the business, it can take a while to get your order. BUT it will be worth the wait. Please reach out to Elina if you have concerns and she will be quick to communicate with you. Highly recommended, with the caveat that delivery may be slowed down by the war going on there.
