I have ordered from elf multiple times before and each time it's been fantastic. They have great offers and I enjoy the loyalty programme. In the past, my order has taken up to a week to arrive at most. This time was no different - I placed my order on Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday with Yodel/Whistl! I'm very satisfied especially with the recent delays and during this busy holiday season

Absolutely loved their flawless concealer in light peach. Seems to have been discontinued as no longer in stock in stores. Contacted them online to ask if the product is being discontinued and no response. Not even to recommend another product?!

Not interested in individual customers.

Took ages for my delivery to arrive, which I then returned. Two weeks on, despite providing tracking evidence several times that the parcels had been received at their depot, I am yet to receive my refund or any agreement to provide a refund. Having got nowhere I raised a dispute with my bank for one of the orders and received a refund via them, however I am still awaiting a refund for the other returned order. I won’t be using them again!

They use Yodel so once again that's why I have given 1 star! I ordered my products on the 3rd November...on 6th Yodel said that they had the parcel...on the 7th I tracked and it said delivered today...still nothing and its now the 18th! I contacted E.LF and got an email saying it would be today...that was 3 days ago..they've just looked at the Yodel status rather than look at how long it's had the status as 'today'...want a refund or even better the products I've bought and paid for!!!

Great products and my delivery arrived in less than a week! Unfortunately one of my eyeshadows was broken however I emailed customer services and they emailed me back in 10 minutes to offer a replacement which has just arrived in perfect condition! Cannot fault the customer service

E.L.F have some great products and they are really reasonably priced.

I bought the new halo glow filter liquid as I had seen someone using it on loads of reels on Instagram and it looked like a brilliant product.

It has finally arrived and indeed it is great, I’m glad that I bought it.

I couldn’t order the shade I wanted anywhere else other than on their own website but I was quite disappointed as it took over a fortnight to arrive. I had sent an email to the customer service/dispatch team simply to be told that it was still at the warehouse and they would send it as soon as they could. I don’t think a fortnight to receive something is acceptable in this day & age.

They also charged about £4 postage when the item was only sent second-class via Royal mail and so I know that it wouldn’t have cost them that much to post.

The website service is not great to use either, quite clunky. It takes AGES to get your stuff.

They need to do something about it as I would be very reluctant to order from the website again.

First and last time

As an insta blogger I love trying the latest must haves so when I saw the halo liquid filter I new I must have it I placed the order on 31st July I checked a few days ago too see about dispatch and it said processing which made my mind boggle being a week later then I noticed my order had other items. Which I had no idea why so I emailed them I had toowait 3 days for them too say o it's a processing order you haven't been charged please reorder........ I could not believe my eyes reorder hell no.

Customer service is rude and horrendous treating us like this. I loved elf before this but will never order of them again because of this. And I was willing too showcase there products on my platforms...... smh

Got quite a bit for money spent which is always a plus , really happy with look of these products , can’t wait to try them out . I felt like was waiting longer than what was said and when packaged was delivered I wasn’t contacted was just left outside. One products I ordered was e.l.f flawless satin foundation nude , i did the process to make sure would match before adding to cart and well it’s way too dark for my skin tone.

I'm a bit surprised about the amount of negative reviews, I guess people seem to have issues with the website and customer service but I've had positive experiences (in the UK) so far.
I've made about 4 purchases, all of which I'm pleased with, particularly because I care about products being cruelty free and vegan, which elf cosmetics are!
The latest order I placed did leave one thing out, but I emailed them asking to send me the missing item and they replied to me within a couple hours (at 9pm, even though it's outside business hours!) saying they were going to ship it out asap. The delivery usually only takes a week max but often less than that.
I like their points system and I've managed to save a considerable amount of money thanks to it personally.
So overall, I quite like elf cosmetics, the website, the points and the orders have all been fine for me so far. :)

Ordered items over a week ago for my Christmas party in a few days as I don’t wear makeup often. thinking that over a week is sufficient to get my order in my hands in the age of Amazon et al who can have the most obscure things to you the next day. My order has only just been dispatched and was sent SECOND CLASS Royal Mail. Would have been more cost effective to throw my money in the bin. Can’t comment on the products at this point as I’m not even sure if I’ll get them. Had to buy alternatives from elsewhere. Shan’t be buying from E.L.F again, should have read the reviews before ordering

I wouldn't bother ordering from their website as my order still had not been dispatched so I cancelled it only to be told that I can't cancel an order once it's been sent to the shipping department.
I emailed today asking how long it would be until the order would be shipped only to get an email saying your order has been cancelled! So why couldn't this have been done in the first place when I asked??
This company is incompetent & has no idea what the left hand is doing from the right awful service won't be using ever again.

From order to shipping time is unnecessarily long! Package was apparently ‘delivered’ to my address on a date I was out of the country and nobody was home, neighbour hasn’t seen it. I’ve also been ignored by customer services when I asked them to look into this!

I’ve ordered from elfcosmetics.co.uk twice and each time the order arrives quickly in 1-2 days, is packaged nicely and all the products are there. The products are lovely quality and I got to choose two free gift items.

Fantastic range of products, affordable and all vegan. However, the customer service is amongst the worst I've experienced. Advisors are condescending, rude and unhelpful. Avoid.

Worst customer service. They talk and email you like its such an inconvenience, so unprofessional with how they do it as well. I placed my order and it only got shipped out almost 2 weeks later. No communication in the mean time. When I asked for when it would get posted I was met with rude and condescending emails.
Bottom line:
Amazing products. Horrible customer service. I know in the UK they do not stock all they’re products at the chemist and if you want certain products you have to buy them online, if you do choose to buy online be prepared to wait ages and not get any of your questions answered.

I can’t believe I have to give 3 stars and this is in no way shape or form Is a reflection on the amazing products. However, the service isn’t great 😟 orders take forever to come and only after you make contact with them first!! Twice my order was only dispatched following a query to find out where my goods were!! Other than that ELF is every beauty cosmetics gurus go to for affordably high quality makeup and skin care 🤩🤩🤩

I ordered two lovely metallic eyeshadows and they have arrived in double quick time. They are really lovely and I got them at a great price. This is my first purchase from this company but I will definitely be buying from them again. I'm very happy. :)

I have ordered from elf 3 times in the past 5-6 months. To be honest, it is one of the most amazing companies which provides amazing products and affordable for the pigment and the fact that the products are vegan, cruelty free and paraben free.

The customer service for elf, is quick at replying to emails if you have a problem they would try and resolve it quickly.
