Promptly fixed my issue with thermostat. Appreciate the experience Nick Norman and his colleague have in HIU issues. He was very helpful and even suggested that I increase my hot water maximum temperature which I didn't know was an option.

Absolutely awful service.
I've been waiting for a new radiator since December 2025.I've sent numerous emails and made calls, however, no one not even L&Q can get hold of Elevate Everywhere. What kind of business is being run here???
Never seen anything like it to be honest.

They'll probably post something on Trustpoilt asking me to call them back on a number that ALWAYS goes to voicemail. It's now April and still can't get hold of them. Harry Chambers had the cheek to email me on the 7th April 2026 regarding something totally unrelated...not a clue what a prepayment device has to do with the my the radiator in the bathroom....my prepayment device is working perfectly fine.
What a joke.

Nick came to fix my radiator. I thought they needed bleeding but he explained a lot about what the real issue was, and fixed it in a matter of minutes. He also advised on a separate issue (leak) and gave extremely helpful information for me to pass to other tradesman that were coming to look at that. He also offered to speak with them if necessary. Very nice man, also sent a voice note to my friend and my request as he had a similar medical experience as her, which we found out through chatting!

Nick was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my heating (which is linked to a communal heating system). He fixed the issue and the he explained what the problem was and what he did to fix it. Very pleased. Thank you!

Nick and Errol done an excellent job with getting the heaters working in my apartment. There combined knowledge allowed the job to be completed without further help and repeat visits. Amazing customer service as always. They are Elevate Everywhere. Words cannot express my gratitude for there services.

Anil was amazing, he was the only person to fix our radiators, he was very polite and extremely helpful! Couldn't have asked for a better engineer

Nick Norman came to repair my hot water system today, and I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. He worked diligently for about an hour, replacing multiple valves and ensuring everything was done correctly. He tested the hot water flow, checked the temperature with me, and was very accommodating when I asked for a slight adjustment.
Nick even took the initiative to clean up the area himself. I also asked for his help to move the dryer onto the washing machine, and he did so willingly, making sure it was positioned perfectly.
Overall, Nick was thorough, kind, and highly skilled. I would be very happy to have him assist me with any future issues and highly recommend him to anyone needing reliable service.

Anil helped us with our heating and hot water. He was very professional , friendly and pro-active to review our system and spotted some improvements and tweaks.

I had nick out today, 5* he gor my heating on and was quick at it aswell, before leaving he made sure everything was working had to should be and he was so friendly and down to earth

Had nick norman attend my property today as I’ve had no heating , what a lovely helpful man who new what he was doing and sorted the problem immediately, thanks nick what a great job you’ve done , we won’t freeze now.

Underfloor heating was being temperamental, elevate everywhere sent out a nice guy named Nick (HIU service engineer) who was great. Explained exactly what was going on and and got everything back up and running in no time.
