Your reps don't listen to what I tell…
Your reps don't listen to what I tell them. They are hard to understand and when spell something out or give info in a slow, clear manner, I still have to repeat myself. I repeatedly send the requested documents. I've sent the things you've requested four times, and every time, you have a problem with it. So, I have an appointment with a local place that's able to do that for me. Please withdraw my application, because you have wasted enough time and are clearly disorganized as hell. DO BETTER. There's absolutely no excuse for this.

"Save your $110"
I paid $110 for their "full service" OMMA renewal. After my doctor visit, instead of handling the filing, they emailed me asking to upload everything myself — which is literally what I paid them to do.
When I called, they asked for my OMMA login, my IDs, and a new selfie — all already uploaded on my OMMA profile. All I needed from them was to enter the physician's information.
Then they insisted I retake my selfie because I'm wearing glasses in it. I called OMMA directly, and the state confirmed it's fine — my driver's license already notes I use corrective lenses. Their requirement wasn't even a real state requirement.
Every call to get the doctor portion completed — the one thing I paid for — turned into an argument. Save your money: "full service" here means you do the work and they argue with you.

I truly appreciate the assistance EH has provided me on several occasions to both receive and renew my Medical Marijuana Card. I would hate to think of the process had I not had that assistance.
The only troubling thing and it was a small one, but when the doctor called to finalize my interview, he asked whether I was still suffering from depression, anxiety, and such. Before I could change the justifications for my card, I did not and was hustled past an opportunity to mention that I am still being treated for cancer, which is in the long term more of a problem than my depression etc.
