I had a great experience in customer service yesterday, opening new contract. Agnes were very patient, polite and clear English. She helped me to pick and choose right contract, most suitable for me.

What a load of trash... I used to use electrum, used to be good . But with this new shit of an update.. I can't write transactions.. program freezes and crashes everytime.. I've lost over 15 BTC because of this app fali g d.duringe transaction , then it refuses to lead the wallet after saying it has a parsing error now... On-top of the that this app has slowed my computer everytime I open it or do anything wiith it and I just loaded a brand-new wallet... I just installed to y os for windows .. and everything else flies so fast on this computer but the moment I go to do anything with electrum it freezes my computer and if I click anythi g it just crashes and have to restart my sync of my wallet.. I've been trying for the last 4 days to sweep my keys from this bullshit of software this is the worst I have ever seen the electrum produ t... Until they fix their shit I r1ec9md going somewhere else this has taken more then a week to sync 30 wallets with 4000 transactions... What joke this software has become.. lightweight my ass. Literally the only software on my formatted reinstalled comeputer and it's still freezes.....I even tried over clocking it . And what do you know, still freezes my shit wtf

Been using electrum for 5 years and never had any problem as other experience. I love it. Works good in all ways. i would say it works way better then example Exodus.

you can easily se all transactions and their historical value wich i love. i wish electrum handled other cryptos to.

I gave up my account on Electrum because I kept on circulating and now the money they are asking for circulation is way too high for me.
I've ran out of funds because of this circulation thing.
I don't know why this long process which is torturing me.
I'm circulating for the recovered funds from Sterling Credit Union but I'm not sure whether it's a scam upon a scam.
I'm crying for the money I circulated with.

They keep on asking for bank statements.
What recovered funds has to do with my recovered funds?
I've never been traumatized like this.

I just need the money I circulated with only,I no longer care about the funds and the profits because it seems I will circulate for the rest of my life.

Dear people, if you don't want to lose your money, stay away from Electrum. you fall from one payment to the next, always something new, they play the game so beautifully that you can no longer access your money at the lats (lost it)

I used the desktop version, and then my laptop died. On the new one, I installed Electrum and wrote the seed words. It showed my balance perfectly, so I consider it trustworthy. Btw, its definitely easy and user-friendly. I like it.

Can't even set this cumbersome wallet up. Its impossible to enter a seed phrase on a mobile. The "BACK" button is covering up several of the letters so its IMPOSSIBLE. How can anyone even use the stupid thing if you can't install it? Oh and ZERO tech support ZERO... it does NOT exist... I am not set up to go on reddit telegram or any other stupid forum. JUST GIVE ME TECH SUPPORT FROM THE SOURCE.

BAD: Algo complicado hacer algunas cosas básicas, como definir el fee. Suele calcular fees altas cuando no es necesario.

This is the third time a transaction doesn't go through despite saying it did and me losing a lot of money. I can't believe they tout this as "trusted"

Tried Electrum for dash the appimage for linux and it seems to make a dns query toward .onion domain probably for using tor network. This would be ok if first the user would be asked if he wants to connect to tor or not in my case i would not use it. As a second cons i think is the fact that this wallet uses only 12 words (and not 24) which provides less entropy to the seed so it can be guessed by brute force super computers. I'm not an expert though i could be wrong but for me it doesn't provide enough confidence and that tor stuff make me think to another better option like zero trust wallets. If you don't know to make your own zero trust wallet don't even think about getting into crypto alltogether. To summarize i would not keep my assets more than 1 month on this kind of wallet it's to hot..Would be nice to hear from developers their oppinion on this one. Regards
