Really easy company to deal with
Really easy company to deal with.
I really like the steam punk tube and fixtures they have thing's that you can buy 1 item where other suppliers make you buy 6 of the same part when you only need 1.
This means you can really design something really bespoke, but like all design it kinda evolves so try to buy everything all in one go unlike me and it costs more in delivery buying a single different length of tube or fitting. They also give first time buyers a cost reduction code, that I missed. Never mind but I know I have a one off coat rail I'm really happy with.

3 x failed delivery by Evri.
Unfortunately, Evri left the parcel on the doorstep and it was stolen. On next 2 occasions, I stated delivery to an Evri delivery point. They still failed to deliver. The people at Electricalsone were helpful, however, I’ve been offered a refund even though I actually wanted the product. 😥

Damage to order
Order was received super quickly a day after order was placed it was received
Package both inside & out secure. After opening the parcel the transformers fixing brackets on two sides were bent. I took pictures & emailed the copy attaching the pictures. That was 6 days ago I've not had a reply or acknowledgment of my email.Am extremely disappointed.I said in the email am due to start a project on 10/02/25 & still no reply.
