With all proof of seller's product having issue (PIN being redeemed even before selling to me, confirmed by razer), still marked as dispute resolve and product delievered.

Rigged to seller. no protection to buyer.

My name is D Gebretatios. I bought free fire diamonds from a seller called GamersVilla. I was meant to get 11,500 but ended up getting 10,373! I tried to contact the website with proof of my transaction code but they keep asking for screenshots! The screenshot itself should be enough to check how much the seller sent me on top of that there is a transfer fee. Therefore, Eldorado is a rip off. Be careful, stop using them!

UPDATE, 8/31/2026: After several formal letters were sent to the appropriate agencies regarding internet fraud and consumer protection, my son received his refund. Thank you, Eldorado, for resolving the matter.
- My son was scammed out of $300 total on Eldorado.gg, and the seller never delivered the item or responded to any messages from him or from Eldorado. The seller took the payment, went offline immediately, and has ignored every attempt at communication since August 5th.
We contacted Eldorado support repeatedly through email, chat, and the dispute page and every time we were met with automated bot responses, no real agent, and no supervisor despite multiple requests. There has been no accountability, no follow‑through, and no meaningful help from Eldorado at any point.
The seller has not responded once in the dispute, even though Eldorado’s own policy requires sellers to reply within the timeframe. Eldorado still has not issued a refund, has not enforced their own rules, and has not provided any update or resolution.
Yet Eldorado responded publicly on my previous review, claiming:
“We’re happy to let you know that your case has been reviewed and the necessary action has been taken.”
This is false. No action has been taken. No refund has been issued. No supervisor has contacted us. No email has been sent. Their public reply is simply an attempt to protect their reputation while ignoring the actual issue.
Parents and buyers, do not be fooled. This platform is full of sellers who scam minors and new buyers, and Eldorado does nothing to hold them accountable. Their “safe trading” guarantee is not real, and their claim that my issue was resolved is a lie.
I have filed complaints with the BBB, FTC, and the Georgia State Attorney General. And with -VVTAT, VDAI, and ECC‑Net Lithuania because Eldorado refuses to take accountability.
Buyers, be careful this platform does not protect you. to bring awareness to these practices. Eldorado has failed to protect buyers, failed to enforce their policies, and failed to provide any real support.

I decided to order a Dota 2 boosting service. I chose a seller, gave them access to my account, and that’s when everything went wrong.
The seller had 6 days to complete the order but not only failed to do so, he also ruined my MMR and behavior score and then cancelled the order.
Support refused to compensate me for the damage or give me a full refund. I paid in Bitcoin, but they refunded me in USD, so due to the BTC price increase I ended up losing around half of the Bitcoin I originally deposited.
Terrible experience. I definitely won’t be using this site again.

Full of scammers. Even sellers with a lot of positive reviews are sleazy (a lot of the positve reviews are likely fake). Avoid - don't get scammed.

Elderados "TradeShield" is another complete scam. Impossible to speak to a real person, just an AI bot that is useless and frustrating

Ordered in game currency which went through fine. I spent the currency in game and 30 days later my in game currency was in a negative balance because ElDorado had claimed a refund, so they got MY money back, but I was out of pocket in the game.

An absolute scam that is fine initially, but you WILL be burned eventually.

Only gave one star because it wouldn’t let me leave a review without doing this, 1 star is too much. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE , my son spent £40 that he saved up from Christmas on a game that he never got to play, when he opened the game there was no character so he automatically thought he had to create one. Once he did this the man who sold him the game SMURFVALORANT contacted him to tell him he destroyed the game, when I told him we wanted a refund he offered to give us the game again with discount, when we opened 2 disputes they refused to give us a refund

I purchased a gaming account from Edorando.gg on June 12, 2025, for $91.78. The listing promised a specific amount of in-game currency, but once I received the account, it was missing most of what was advertised.

I contacted customer support and provided screenshots showing the difference between the listing and the actual account. Instead of resolving the issue or escalating it to management, they closed my ticket without a proper response.

This was misleading and dishonest. They delivered a product that was not as described and refused to refund me or even acknowledge the problem.

I do not recommend this site to anyone. Be very careful — they do not protect buyers and do not handle complaints fairly.

Allowing sellers to sell stolen accounts to buyers and then not helping buyers get their money back

suspended my account for no reason, after submitting my id directly ! they are stealing your personal information be carful.

Website suspended me for no reason lost £50 around 100 dollars for no reason verifying is just odd I wouldn't use this website again. 1 star in my opion for bad service but decent sellers, if there was a glitch please unsuspend me.
