Medical Team excellent.Mr Drury and his team were fantastic and put me at ease all the way through my knee operation.
Administration team were a bit lax in communication,
Felt this could be improved . They were pleasant enough but certain things needed better attention.

Very comfortable private room
Very comfortable private room. The operation ,what I remember of it went very well. Good after care by the nurses following the operation. I went home the following day and was doing some sequence dancing four weeks after the operation. After six weeks I was doing every dance and was also gardening.

liquid scletherapy treatment went wrong
I went in for liquid scletherapy treatment on August 2025.
It left me with staining all over my leg. It is now 11 months on and ive still got the staining. This was raised with Elanic but they are refusing to treat the scarring or refund the money. I now need to pay for treatment elsewhere to correct this mistake. Do not use this company as if something goes wrong they do not accept responsibility for their actions.

Amazing Service all round
Professor Maen Al Aissami is very professional and sets realistic expectations, in my case he achieved beyond what I thought was achievable - i am delighted with the results. The whole team at the clinic are friendly and helpful and the aftercare is incredible, I have never known a service like it. Support is available anytime you need it and you are seen as soon as possible. Ive had a great experience with this clinic and would highly recommend.

4 months after cancellation still awaiting refund.
I had to cancel a cosmetic procedure after ill health. It is now 4 months later and no refund! I phone regularly, every day now, and nothing. Im told that emails and messages are sent to accounts but I never hear from them. Disgraceful. Will be getting solicitor involved if not dealt with asap.

Knee Replacement
From my first contact with Elanic I was delighted with how I was treated. Within a week I met with my surgeon who confirmed I required a full knee replacement. From then on I was kept fully informed about procedures going forward. My stay at Elanic for the surgery was very comfortable and I was very well looked after by excellent staff. I was given clear instructions re my medication on leaving. They also arranged for my physio to be done while at the hospital and I was given a follow up appointment two weeks after surgery. I would have no hesitation in recommending Elanic for anyone considering going down the Private Health route.
