SCAM ALERT!!! Worst service ever, they don’t reply for a refund or anything, it doesn’t work at all!

FRAUD! Took money from our credit card despite the trial phase, do not answer on any channel.

the same problem as "Blue Vm" wrote. software does not even connect to instagram account and absolutely no support. no money back, nothing. fraudulent behaviour!

I signed up with them a few weeks ago and was guaranteed I'd get a 14days money back guarantee. But when it was time to get get my money back I didn't hear a single word from them. I followed up many times and still nothing. The product didn't work and I didn't get my money back. Stay away.

I'm never using Instagram bots again since I can use ektora and get some serious growth. Why settle for bots when you can get real followers that actually engage with my profile?

So I started my profile with Ektora over a week ago! Almost 10 days! Since then I am always having verification issues with my Instagram account! I am also never able to reach them zero responsiveness when they promise they will get back to you in minutes I ended up waiting for hours for them to respond! So far my account has not even gained a single follower from their end and I also have been trying to get me refund but nobody responds to me ! Please just give me the refund and let me go thanks!
Also please remember a lot of people and companies that join are also just startups and trying to scale but your tool that doesn’t help but promises a certain result is just disheartening!

This service is probably the worst social media bot service I have ever used in my life. I bought a month subscription outright. 2-3 days in to my subscription the service had performed no actions or automations. I contacted for support to multiple different emails with no response for approx 12 days. I tried email, socials, the contact(bot) service on the website which just kept giving me automatic discount codes… They finally responded and said that the software was down and it was in fact an error on their part. I still wanted my refund as I am not paying a service that doesn’t work or offer support. They said I had to wait until the trial was up. Once the trial was up I never received my refund so started chasing them up AGAIN. THEN! they only refunded for the time unused(1/4 of the full price)… I hadn’t used any time… the service wasn't working and I was forced to wait for my trial to be over. After leaving a negative trust pilot review they finally got back to me after being ignored again. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. THIS COMPANY IS A NIGHTMARE. I am sick of companies like this taking peoples money. What should have been a simple refund request for a faulty service escalated into an awful time wasting dilemma. *This is an updated review after finally receiving a refund after a month. *To finish off, they disputed this review to trust pilot saying it was fake. WASTING EVEN MORE OF MY TIME as I had to send over documentation to prove my review.

I signed up, and I have to say- this is a phenomenal app. Amazing work. The UI is very clean, and I've already gained a few followers on an alt account that doesn't even have much content on it. Outstanding.
The flow is simple and intuitive!

scam: bought an account 2 weeks ago. since then only trouble and no followers. Constantly no connection, 4 times re-connect, 1000 reaches, no followers. for 5 days i want my money back but support is always offline. total scam!

A simple and efficient interface, design, with the right functionalities to help you grow your community ! On top of that a really responsive support, and always open to suggestions of improvement! Only 4/5 but, you know, we always need room for improvement!

I've been an Ektora member for only a few days now, but I already love it! Really smooth interface, contact & support is useful and always on hand, and the service itself works like a charm. Some might worry about the price tag, but brands that really to shine should consider the brand engagement and popularity to be worth it. Highly recommend.
