Terrible customer service... wish I'd reviewed before buying. 1 wanted to add second purchase before my first order dispatched, said can't do this so had to pay for separate delivery charge.
2. Items were dispatched with no tracking numbers for UPS. 3 I have called 5 times asking for update only response is we will phone head office in France and get back to you.4 Received an email after phone call saying I'll get back to you- never happened, called for update later same day, told get back to you in 1/2 hr - never happened. Had to spend an hour but got my tracking number and UPS said they had been delivered!! Eventually traced shipment to property nearby... Equipment is as ordered but truly the worst service I've ever had and seems to be a theme on other reviews. !

Took 2 weeks until I received the helmets. When I returned them, there was a charge of 5 EUR per item. What is this?

I bought a pair of skis from Ekosport of France and found they were faulty, I took them to and independent ski shop to have them analysed to confirm what the fault was. It turned out the ski had been fitted with the incorrect type of binding which were only suitable for much long skis.
These plate type bindings are preventing the ski flexing and to quote the independent ski technicians totally dangerous to use.
I returned the skis complete with a full technical report and after weeks of waiting they eventually said that there ski technicians could not find anything wrong with the skis ( total rubbish.).
They have only done visual checks on these ski and not tested them correctly, the only way these ski can be checked is to ski on them and they would find they are uncontrollable to the point of being dangerous.
From the start this company has lied about the condition of theses skis and will not accept the finding of other ski experts.
I warn you do not deal with this company they have the worst customer services I have ever come across and don not care at all about there customers safety or wellbeing ( You have been warned.)

following placing the order i received an e-mail to confirm my order and that the goods had been dispatched. this e-mail confirm that tracking of the delivery was not available at the time and I would get a further e-mail with tracking details, this never arrived. as I had not had my delivery for some time I chased ekosport who told me that they were unable to deliver my parcel as I had not provided a delivery address!! begs the question as to how could they process my order without a deliver address. as apparently they didn't have my address the item had been delivered to a local UPS collection point 11 miles away. i explained that they did have my address and requested that they deliver due to the distance i would have to travel to collect, I was told this was not possible. when i did go to collect the parcel it was badly packaged and was open due to the quality of the packaging. it also took the depot 20 minutes to find the box so all in all took me well over an hour to sort the whole thing out. i strongly suspect that I would never have never received my good or had any further communication had I not made contact! I would add that the package had my address on it so why the lie from ekosport regarding not having my address. overall i would say buyer beware, the website might look ok but my experience suggests that behind this they are not up to providing the service. I would make it clear that none of the communications I revived were rude but to suggest that i hadn't provided my address was an outright lie which I have a big problem with. the reason for the one star review is that by comparison to ekosports competitors they provide a one star service. absolutely no attempt was made to provide a good customer experience. I stupidly i didn't look at the previous review so lesson learned for the future!

I bought a pair of ski boots from this company but returned them for a refund. They told me they could only refund the money to my bank as they do not keep card details. 5 months later I still have not received my refund. I am now having to take them to the small claims court to get my money back. Do not under any circumstances use this company the customer service is terrible and you wont get your money back.

I've placed two orders on Friday and Saturday respectively.
Payment was taken for both orders imediately.
Today I was told that they do not know where the parcels are and need some time to establish it.
They were not prepared to send another shipment with the goods I need, and did not offer to refund me.
It is clear i shall not get the orders when they were supposed to arrive, using shipment mode I have paid for.
Two seasons ago, I have placed another order, and they have delivered an old model with different specifications. Again, no compensation was offered.
Though they do have good products and offer competitive prices, I am not sure it is safe to order from them, as they either have a problem to handle the number of orders they receive, or they do not know how to handle their shipping companies.
Person dealing with me over phone and e-mail was very professional and quite kind, but ultimately was not able to assist me or indicate what is going on.

Shouldn't even be allowed 1 Star rating, awful customer service, & ski technician...what technician? DIN was not checked at all when supplying all relevant details, wrong binding was not suitable for me at all.

I bought a double ski bag from this website, which was reasonably cheap. The first time I used it the handles snapped clean off which meant I had to carry it all round the airport/ ski resort held in a really awkward way. So I returned it. I was lied to and fobbed off repeatedly, given half a dozen different excuses. I finally got the refund 93 days after they recieved it back and I know I wouldn't have got it if I wasn't so persistent. Do not use.

So I spent £600 on a snowboard with these guys. It turned out to be a warranty job so I sent it back to them. So far nearly 2 weeks without receiving a single email after they've acknowledged receipt. I've told them I'm on a deadline in numerous emails and just need an update. That's all. An update. Not a final solution. I'd just like to know what's going on. So far nothing.

Useless!

UPDATE - They finally refunded me after 7 weeks. And guess what? they made ME pay for the Paypal refund fees. Monkeys!
