Ordered and payed for tyres online.just under 200 euro it came to and delivery next day.
Week later and no delivery,no communication and cancelled order but no refund, so can literally say money was stolen from my bank acc.
Have emailed with order number still no response, all I want is my money back????? as I have had to get tyres elsewhere NCT was,due.

Hi team, great service up until I found out that your map pin for fitting of my tyres is on other side of the Dublin. It took me 45min each way instead of my 10 min drive down the road. The rest was good. The guy fit them very fast and everything was as ordered. Only the lost of my time necessary for the journey and toll.
Advice to future buyers : Be careful of location of the pin dutiny your booking. Double check with Google Maps.

Fantastic Communication!

If you have an issue with your tyres they do not want to know. I purchased two tyres from them, when they arrived the tyres were deformed and unusable. I have been waiting a month for a resolution to the situation and i have emailed them many times and i recieve an automated email saying"your tyres will be collected in days" but yet it does not say how many days or offer a tracking number or anything. They say they are sending the tyres back to the manufacturer for inspection and if the manufacturer does not accept liability i must bear all costs. The tyres are in an unopened and unused state. If purchased in a shop i could just bring them back for a refund or exchange. Disgraceful abuse of consumer rights.

This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever came across.
I ordered tyres 11 days ago and still haven't received them. When ordering I chose a fitting partner, on Eiretyres website, to receive the tyres. The following day I received an email to say the warehouse would ship the order shortly. One week later I received another email to say they had been shipped. They must have the slowest warehouse system on the planet to take a week to pick an order.
When I checked the tracking number on DPD's website it said they hadn't even left the warehouse.

2 days later I received a further email to say I had to provide an alternative address for delivery as they no longer use the fitting partner I had chosen. Then why is it on your website?!?
Anyway, I provided my own home address for delivery.

3 days later I checked the tracking again and it says I had refused the delivery. I rang the parcel company today and they said the package was sent to the fitting station as this was the only address they had.I now have to wait until next week for the parcel company to attempt the delivery this time to my home address.

The only reason I chose to order tyres from this company was the convenience of sending them directly to the fitting station and the claimed delivery time of 'normally 2 to 3 working days in Ireland'.

Shockingly unprofessional service, very bad communication, misleading option for use of 'fitting partner' on their site.
Will never use this site again and will warn anyone I know away from it.

I like the website, the range of products and the price. However, as a previous comment already had this experience: the ship-to address was corrupted by eiretyres and the initial order didn't arrive. Replacement order then took 7 days for delivery (despite their call center stating it would be much quicker than the first order), so all in all: 14 days to obtain the tyres. Fortunately the local tyre dealer helped me out with a used spare tyre.
Upon request, Eiretyres did send me an e-mail address for my complaint, but didn't bother to respond.
In summary: this could be great but there's apparently (known) process or IT flaws that make it painful for a customer.

great range, great prices, fast delivery

Ordered 2 tyres and got confirmation that order has been handed over to the warehouse. After almost 2 weeks of silence I'm getting an automated email "Your order has been cancelled. Cancellation reason: Item unavailable."

1. It took 12 days to find out that the items I ordered were not available. Seriously? Somebody probably had to walk all the way down to the manufacturer to find this out. Those items should not have been listed as available for purchase in the first place. Yet I still can see them today on eiretyres.com as "available". Are you waiting for someone else to order them?

2. Has the idea to contact me and offer some other tyres ever crossed your mind?

3. And it is probably pointless to mention that this is a case when those who respect their customers apologise. You took my money, you promised me some goods and service, I made relevant plans. And now you have screwed everything up and you're just sending me "Your order has been cancelled." You don't seem to give a damn about your customers, do you?

Tyres were delivered quickly & correct size.
Local tyre fitter , Tramyard motors , were very friendly & tyres were fitted in 30 mins.
A very good service overall & I would recommend this to friends.

Great deal. I've checked couple local garages but prices were way higher than on eiretyres. I bought 2 front Hankook tyres for my Mercedes CLK. I got them pretty quick - both only 4 months old. I'm really happy with my purchase. Strongly recommend!
