They claim on their website that normal delivery time for an existing order is 2-4 working days within Ireland and that 2/3 of orders are delivered within 3 working days. Nothing could be further from the truth. I placed my order and after waiting 3 business days I called them, only to be told that "it's impossible to deliver them under 5 business days". Moreover, the delivery times are after they're dispatched and my tyres weren't even dispatched. Had to cancel the order and pay significantly more to get the tyres in before holidays. Truly bad experience, causing a lot of stress. Don't trust their claims on delivery times as they could not be further from the truth!

happy with the choices, the delivery, the ease to order. One improvement would be to wrap up the tires entirely with no puncture in the packaging so that the smell is not too strong when people have to store the tires in their home prior to bringing it to a mechanic. The compound from the tires are not the healthiest particles and some are carcinogenic

The fitting centre I chose from the Eiretyres website had stopped this service ten years ago… Check directly with your chosen fitter before you order. The information on the Eirtyres website is unreliable and they don’t seem bothered.

Excellent service and product. One problem I find is the lack of prior to delivery, date and estimate time of delivery. Usually I receive an email and text on the morning of delivery from the courier and then a phone call from the courier/driver five minutes before delivery. No worry of missing delivery and all that goes with missing a delivery. Many thanks.

All ok until you have to fit tyers. eirtyres partners either they stop to work or they don't want to do it. In Ireland if you buy tyers online better be sure you have somebody who will fit them. So eirtyes before you put online that you have partners to fit please at least check if they still exists. In Ireland tyers shops are fitting tyers which are purchased in their shop.

I wanted a particular Pirelli and my usual tyre place couldn't get it, or not in time, so I ordered it from eirtyres. Completely straightforward order process, good followup emails with confirmation and status updates. Delivery was pretty speedy, bearing in mind delivery to Ireland from Germany. I'll use them again as needed.

RD 46622306 Ordered on the 18th of April still no sign of my order got one email from the warehouse saying it’s partly shipped rang eiretyres they knew nothing about it the revive an email saying it will be delayed by 3 days over a week later get another email saying the tyres I ordered have limited availability and there trying to source them so over a week later I’m no closer to getting my order I need them in a hurry so it’s very disappointing would like to know when I will be getting them or a full refund at this stage bit of a joke now/// # update order sent out the 28th should receive by the 5th not to bad but was expecting quicker delivery time

Bought Vredestein tires and after only 2 years the inner sidewall on one of them has split/cracked. Why is this? What are my options?

Great fast service. Ordered 2 sets tyres, 1 came with DPD and the send me a txt before delivery.
2came with GLS no phone call, no txt or email. They only called when was outside the door. Bit disappointed.

Great selection of tyres. Fast delivery and there is usually a special offer on most tyres. This is the 3rd time I used them and never disappointed
