Complete gangsters. Sent me the wrong rims in January. Sent rims that are for a really old vehicle despite me providing the year and details of my van when I was ordering. I have rang numerous times but am always fobbed off. I have sent over twenty e mails. They gave a date that the rims would be collected I took the day off work to wait for courier but no one came. This subsequently happened a second day. So I have taken two days off work and rims still not collected. They are thieving gangsters. Also please note they trade under different names. I have reported them to trading standards and will now have to pursue the legal route to get my money back. Avoid at all costs. And for the generic response the company will reply with my order no was 37558420. Not that I expect anything will be done. It’s a very easy way to make money robbing innocent hardworking people. But be assured I will take this all the way to get my money back

Ordered tires on 19/02/2019 it's now the 1st of March and I only have two tires, after sending an email 4 days ago I have no reply..... Rang them 27th 28th and 1st each time I'm told they sent a '' reminder'' what a joke of a process and support is not accommodating at all. Will never use again or reccoment to anyone.

Good prices excellent product arrived early

Tyres arrived amazingly quickly. Ordered on a Thursday evening and tyres arrived following Monday morning. Only thing I would appreciate is earlier confirmation that they were in stock. Got confirmation they were dispatched fine but couldn't see during ordering if they were in stock or not.

Good products, quick delivery.

Ordered two tyres at good price, they were shown as "in stock". Got an email next day informing of 4-5 days delay. ONE tyre arrived two weeks since the order was placed. Got onto customer service, was told they'd refund the missing tyre or send a new one. Agreed to the latter. One week after that conversation the tyre has not left their warehouse. Called the customer service again, explained that it's been THREE WEEKS since the initial order was placed, they said "the tyre might be shipped before the end of this week". They apologised a few times, but what good is that when I need the tyres on my car? The only thing they could do to rectify rectify this mess would be a full refund for both tyres, and immediate shipping of the missing one. But that is if they actually cared about the customer.

For "Europe's Biggest Tyre Company" this is ridiculously amateurish service that has put me off ever using them again. I will warn my friends to avoid Eiretyres, unless they don't mind waiting a month or so for their order.

UPDATE:
They offered 5% off the order in compensation. That's what they value their reputation at - €5.50. Thanks but no, thanks.

I have ordered several times from eiretyres, going back to long years. They are the best to get your tyres from.
