I was slightly hesitant when I heard Ehsun talk about his program on social media but after completing the 12 week course I can confirm that it truly works. I lost about 8 Ibs (3.5 kgs) on the program, all while traveling extensively and being super busy with business and family commitments during the 12 week program. What was equally helpful was the emphasis on stress management and the simple, useful, easily applicable real life tips and routines that Ehsun guided me through and helped me to incorporate into my daily routine. It helped to bring my stress levels from 8-9 to about 2-3 which had massive effects on my health and well being.

After following Ehsun's account on Instagram for a couple of months and watching his inspiring weight loss reels, I bite the bullet and decided to invest in myself and signed up for the weight loss blueprint mastery beginning of December 2021 and it has honestly changed my life for the better. In a month and half I lost 1.5kg with ease and the blueprint changed my way of thinking with weight loss. For so long, I would restrict my diet and feel miserable, hated exercise but forced myself to exercise to lose weight, and would get annoyed with myself if I indulged in junk food. I reached out to Ehsun having followed him on Instagram for over a month. Though, initially I was sceptical, I trusted both Ehsun and the universe on this. I just finished my 12 week program with Ehsun. At first, after 50 years of yo-yo dieting I was skeptical of what this easy magic was to lose weight. I am a licensed therapist and know that trauma and our past impact so many parts of our life including over eating . I have lost about 20 pounds and know that however much more I want to lose is within my own reach. Ehsun is professional, kind, trustworthy and available to his clients.
So much so I will begin another 12 weeks with him to truly master my own mind and mostly past insecurity that I did not have the power to make change alone. Ehsun never tried to sell me another 12 weeks, that was all my doing.
Ehsun’s program is not a low cost fix ; however, if you are like me , I have spent 10 times the amount it costs in my lifetime on programs that never last. I look forward to when he shows up in America or I get to London to give him a proper hug and thanks!

I followed Ehsun’s Weight Loss Mastery Blueprint and was able to lose 4.7kg in just under five weeks! For a month, I would message Ehsun anytime and he would provide me with feedback and reassurance. I truly feel that this is an investment in my future and a way forward for my life. Some diets are temporary and then you go back to your old ways. The mindset shift provided by the Blueprint is one of the long term - not just a few weeks. I’m still on a learning process - I haven’t been the strictest adherent to the Blueprint at times but I’m still killing it. Essentially, Ehsun’s blueprint involves being in tune with your body and sets you up for a life of being a mindful eater and not an overeater.
