I purchased a string trimmer
I purchased a string trimmer, on the third use (within the first 90 days) it malfunctioned and would not feed the string. Trying to reach customer service is very inconvenient. There are extensive call times and 4 X I asked for a call back the first time was 12 hours later, I could not pick up. The second time they never called me. Third time I spoke with agent and the call dropped. 4th time they called back 1 hour later, they confirmed the head was malfunctioning but is only covered for 90 days (not the 5 year warranty that is stated in the materials provided by the product identify). Because I did not call to report until ent 100th day, they would not replace nor repair the product. I am confounded how a company could so deceptively represent their warranty and the be completely obtuse when their product failed within 90 days. I purchased a $200 product that is now worthless after using 2X.
