The woman in the office to the left as you enter the bank (Julie?) helped us as she could see that the tellers were busy. She invited us into her office and helped us with a kind and professional manner. Always a warm and welcoming experience at the South Portland branch. Rebecca Lanefski politely answered the call, listened to what I needed. She asked specific questions and responded to what I needed. She did all this in a professional manner. I asked if she could get the information to me in a timely manner and she did just that. If I were in a position to hire more employees she would be on the top of my list.
