My experience was wonderful, experienced and knowledgeable group leader and tour director. The areas chosen to visit were exceptional and full of historical history. This is not my first EF tour and EF has taken very good care of us as we travel. The coaches for transport are clean and the drivers have been wonderful, interacting with the group. Making it a more personal adventure. Our tour director and group leader were always accessible and professional. They were able to assist with any issue we may be having. Our group.leader was extremely organized and had our group ready prior to travel, educating the group on what to expect throughout the trip which was extremely important for first time travelers and great reminders for others. I will definitely travel again with EF.
Great trip - but multiple moments of unnecessary driving. North American planning team needs to review things holistically to be sure that plans don’t deserve tweaking.
