Thanks for coming to do my property's certification however it would be useful to have a specific time when your engineer was coming than waste half of the day.

Although the engineers did always arrive at scheduled time, they kept us informed. They carried out the work with care and did a lot of trouble shooting to try and find the source of the issue.

My landlady didn’t enjoy paying upfront for services but expect this is born of trust issues with customers not paying.
