Brilliant service! I purchased a Windows 11 Pro product key from Wowcher today for a super price. I have never used edsX or Wowcher before today. Highly recommended.

Having purchased the product through Wowcher, I simple followed the instructions, submitted an online form and within only two minutes received the product key which has worked perfectly.

Excellent service from this company. I bought some Coreldraw software on Wowcher that I could not redeem when following Wowcher's process hence it worried me! However I could redeem via my phone but not using the QR code. So thankfully it resolved itself. The vendor, EDSX phoned me the next day to check all was in order which I really appreciated. Very caring and friendly. Phew!

I updated from windows 11 home to pro. Had problems. But emailed them. They sorted my self made error out. Very professional

Purchased ccleaner 1yr pro through Wowcher which stated it could take several hours to receive download so started a chat to EDSX who stated it would be sent over by Sarah within 10mins,which it was and they also gave me an extra years licence at no extra cost. Downloaded all ok and also received a phone call from EDSX to check if everything was ok ,which it was and cannot fault them, would highly recommend this company.

I was in desperate need of a Windows 11 key and I found what I needed on Wowcher and the price was almost too good to be true. Couple hours after ordering I had the key and my windows is all activated. Proper chuffed at the bargain and Sarah was great!

What amazing Customer Service! I purchased through Wowcher, and made a silly error from which I ended up purchasing the wrong product. EDSX were so helpful and offered me either a large discount off the correct product or a full refund. Best of all was the kind understanding I received from both Sarah and Michael, who both assured me that my mistake was not unusual and that their prime interest was in me getting the correct item. They even took the trouble to contact me by phone to assure me that they would sort it all out at their end. Customer service like theirs is rare these days, and I will certainly use them in future, trying not to make the same silly mistake as this time.

Great service really helped out when I was stuck

I purchased a voucher via Wowcher on 14/04/2026 for Perplexity AI, to be registered to my email address.

I submitted the redemption form successfully and received on-screen confirmation that my submission had been received and would be processed within the stated 5–7 day timeframe. However, I never received any activation details or further response.

I then repeated the process, but still received no response. I contacted EDSX by email and via their own website chat but did not receive any reply. I then created an account with them and opened a "ticket" with them, but again, received no response whatsoever.

Avoid as obviously a scam.

I was not entirely confident when I purchased perplexity 12m via Wowcher because I didn't receive my code within the window. When I emailed, I got a response that I need to activate the offer by chat. Honestly I thought it was a scam. But to my surprise, the agent was super friendly,and told me that the offer was expired but they will honour it. Later, I had some issues and they fixed it without any fuss.
Both time, I had a great response, amazing and very friendly service.
