The Edmondson's team have done the IT stuff which we don't have time for ourselves: upgrading our elderly hardware, sorting out what for us was a major email headache and giving our website not so much a makeover as a renaissance. We have worked with Edmondsons for over 15 years. We have significant IT requirements and use Edmondsons for the majority of our requirements, including IT support, bespoke software development and supply of hardware. Their service has consistently been excellent. They generally respond quickly and almost at any time of the day or weekend. They are able to communicate IT issues in a way which is understandable by non-IT staff. When they have been exceptionally busy and have had a backlog of tickets, they have worked with us to reprioritise.
Given our experience at Dakin-Flathers, when we have acquired companies in other sectors, we have also employed Edmondsons in these other companies.
