I am an American academic who is beginning to conduct research in Edinburgh and I will never rent in any other way other than Edlets from now on! Renting sight unseen from abroad can be risky… But with their excellent communication and homeowner vetting process, I felt 100% comfortable. One evening, I sent out about eight inquiries. I was delighted the next day to receive an actual phone call from a human to discuss what I was looking for and see if i had more questions. They also noticed what the inquiry properties had in common, and sent me more listings! They then kept me up-to-date on my two favorites and I ended up with the best choice out of all of them!
