I could not recommend a better experience when looking for a sublet in the Edinburgh area. Easy to use and the customer service was top notch!

This is the second time that we used Edlets. The service from Edlets has been very, very good. Any questions that were asked, were answered in a timely manner. Dan advised us, and suggested options. When we ran into difficulty, he phoned us and helped solve the problem. We would use them again, and would recommend Edlets to everyone
Avoid
They list flats as a available on airbnb that aren't available and haven't been for some time. Avoid.
Extremely responsive
Nick was extremely responsive and arranged our lodgings with short notice and on Good Friday, when everything was closing early. Email Correspondence was prompt and we enjoyed our stay.

This is a great service. Bot only are Edlets people very knowledgeable about properties and areas but they are also very friendly and approachable. They really listen to what your requirements are and deliver exactly what you need. Big shout out to Ali!

I would highly recommend Edlets. Dan and Nick were the only agents that I felt were truly trying to find me a flat that fit all my criteria and they did. They gave a very personal service updating me on events and legislation that were affecting my search.

We just booked a flat in Edinburgh with Edlets for June 2023. They responded quickly to my inquiry, listened to my requests, and gave me a list of possibilities from which to choose. The office called me from Edinburgh (I'm in California), and we booked. Very personal service, friendly, and helpful. Looking forward to our stay!

The team at Edlets is helpful and supportive. We have loved our stay.
Very Responsive.
They went out of their way to find exactly what we were looking for and called me when they found it.
It was great so far.
Poor communication & Rip-off merchants
Booked accommodation via AirBNB and received a message from Edlets asking me to call them to verify booking (this after paying 50% of the booking balance).
Edlets then proceeded to tell me they manage the property but it was no longer available. Poor AirBNB availability management.
Edlets then said they would send alternative properties, which they did 24 hours later. Another booking was placed from a listing they sent through, only for them to take the money, then cancel it 24 hours later.
They've now sent another email with available properties which are between 300% and 500% more expensive.
No wonder there is an EdletsSucks hashtag on Twitter.
