I'll begin by saying that this review is not for EDI Staffing, but rather for a Technical Resource Manager that EDI currently employs; Aaron is a Rockstar. I've always imagined that changing ones career is (or holds the potential to be) incredibly stressful. However, it turned out to be far more pleasant than I expected, at least in my own personal experience. I credit this entirely to Aaron. I am beyond thankful that he [Aaron] took the initiative to proactively contact me when he became aware that I was in the market for a career change. Not only was he proactive at the beginning, but throughout the entire process from start to finish. He is knowledgeable, professional, responsive and his level of organization and wide range of expertise was immediately apparent in our very first conversation. Moreover, he demonstrated a rare quality of, what I'll call, "compassionate integrity." Meaning, he very clearly cared a great deal for me (his candidate) as well as for the organization and the position for which, I was in consideration. Should myself or anyone I know be in need, EDI Staffing will be my first suggestion simply because of my experience working with Aaron. 5 stars are not enough for this man.

I have had a good relationship with EDI Specialists for ten years. They represented me for a permanent position and now support my contract position. I was surprised to wait a year for benefits in this new role, but otherwise, it has been very good.

I have known Michelle for about 5 years. She has reached out to me for opportunities and always kept in touch, I have enjoyed our relationship. I recommended Michelle to an associate contractor who did not have a lot of experience as a contractor. He was a permanent person with a company for 22 years and was lost on what to expect now in the contractor world. He listened to her suggestions and within 3 weeks had an offer.
