Edible Prints Bewertungen

This was an expensive mistake. I put my order in on the Monday at 4.30pm as I needed it by Thursday and paid for the 2-3 day shipping. The draft got sent to me the next morning (Tuesday) and I replied yes to go ahead at 11.19am, I emailed on Weds to check it had been posted out the day before and they said that I had to confirm by 11am to catch the post (this was news to me). I was worried it wouldn’t arrive by Thursday so paid another £7.50 for delivery the following day by 1pm.
On Thursday I came in from a dog walk with a Royal Mail card saying they would try again tomorrow. It is an envelope so could have been posted through the letter box but again no communication that I had to be in to sign for it. Missed the deadline, a complete waste of time and money. I sent an email to complain but just had a reply back fobbing me off. Very poor communication.

I did at first find that the downloading of the picture difficult,as it wouldn't accept the photograph I wanted to use,
I soon realised it was my lack of understanding of the metric sizes, but as soon as I knew that, it was the simplest step by step information, it was supposed to take 5 working days but it arrived in 3days, the edible with the photo on was absolutely stunning, I would not hesitate to buy from here again , well done

Great communication.
Really listened to what I wanted and advised me about the best way to get it.

Item sent well packaged.

I would definitely recommend.

I wish to extend particular thanks to Caitlyn and Bekkie who were so patient and helpful with regard to various design efforts on my part! Thank you.
I received the finished product today and am beyond pleased with it; the colours, definition and quality are of a very high standard.
The FAQs section is also very helpful with instructions for application of the sheets.
Overall, a brilliant service.
Will definitely recommend and use again.
Thank you

Absolutely brilliant service. I had some queries and they were answered quickly and politely. My prints are exactly what i was looking for and the colours are vibrant and great quality.

I had been searching for someone to print a cake wrap for a 3 tier wedding cake, to my image.

Edible prints were the only ones to actually reply and be able to print the image requested. Very quick to answer and send it to me.

It is just as was required and will look amazing on the cake, once i have added a bit of edible glitter for the full effect.

Will definitely use you again if any thing like this is requested in the future.

This business is very professional with high quality products. They are also friendly and helpful and keen to get your orders exactly how you want them. I will use them again and highly recommend.

The customer service was excellent and promptly replied to my many messages! Super speedy delivery.
The product itself exceeded my expectations. The icing looked just like the real photographs, they remained sturdy and intact when applying to the cake. There was no tearing at all. They looked fab! I honestly could not fault a thing.

Bekkie was truly amazing as was the bespoke products made for my parents 65th wedding anniversary cake. Nothing was too much trouble and our expectations were exceeded on every level. The quality of the icing images was superb and customer service exceptional and I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thanks Bekkie you are a superstar!

Amazing quality and the team are so helpful.

Really fast turnaround too, I won’t be going anywhere else for edible prints now!

Superb quality- so easy to use. Everyone was impressed with the quality and finish. Will definitely order again.

Wonderful experience ordering from.this company. Great product and we'll priced.

fantastic service, noticed a typo in my print and saved me from a massive red face! the quality of the only photo i had was not fantastic the print sent looks sharper than i would have imagined given what i sent. the size is exactly as requested and comes with a full set of instructions for every temperature eventuality to help put it on the cake with minimal risk of stretching the or denting the print.

thank you so much
