Great customer service. But I am sorry that they only provide 10 inch connectors now. Working with 4 or 6 inch edging and trying to drive in 10 inch connectors in rocky soil is not easy!

Pretty quick shipping, easy installation. I only did a small planter border, but it cleaned up the look of the yard in the corner for very minimal effort. Looking forward to the patina over time. Will definitely be looking at the other products in the booklet. Thanks!

We are so pleased with our new edging. It looks beautiful, and it's beginning to rust! It was quite easy to install. We couldn't be happier with it.

The product is good, but very expensive for what it is. The metal is bendable around smooth curves. We did not have to make any 90° corners. I like that they offer bridges to go over piping, we have gutter drainage under ground in one area. I wish the pieces were longer than 4 ft, so there were not so many breaks when doing a long area. The patina starts developing quickly, it flows nicely!

After the first burn, it holds The ash All over like it sticks to It, And the discoloring of the metal makes it look already so worn like it's not really coated for high temp. For3 hundred dollars , it could have been a tad better. It will be easy to disassemble and reassemble holds a decent amount of wood.

The steel sign itself is beautiful and top notch quality! 5⭐️’s there! My problem lies with the solar light housed within the sign. I purchased the sign for my parents for Christmas. It is going to our family cottage, which is in the process of its seasonal opening. So the sign has been waiting patiently on some storage shelving in their garage. We got the solar panel out and installed behind the sign. Let it sit outside for two entire days to fully charge and to see what it looks like when operating. The light will turn on, allow you to change which color preference you choose, and within 10 seconds shuts completely off and does not turn back on AT ALL… until you manually press that red button again. So for two nights, the sign has only been lit when we press the button and then stays lit for approximately 10 seconds!!! we have checked the wiring. Pressed & held every possible button combination you could think of.We have held it in direct sunlight for over two days, and still only 10 seconds of light. It’s clearly getting an electrical connection. It’s just not staying lit.

To add to the frustration when removed from the yard, my father had set the sign upright against the house as he opened the door into the garage. Somehow, he accidentally bumped the sign and when it toppled onto the driveway, it’s somehow hit the pavement hard enough to snap the solar panel/lighting completely off the plastic attachment that is used to hold it in place! Can somebody please reach out and help me with this? Your sign is absolutely beautiful and clearly made with quality product and care. I don’t know if our lighting unit is a random lemon product, but I do know it is not operational error, and in reading some previous reviews it sounds like it may be an ongoing concern regarding the quality of the solar light used in these signs!

The product is excellent quality and easy to install. During installation I discovered one of the connector pieces was missing. I sent an email and was immediately shipped the missing piece. Excellent customer service. Thanks
