Excellent product. Very robust. Tom & Matt installed the product with speed but also careful. Greatnfinish when they were done. Would definitely recommend this company for a veranda etc as service and product fantastic from initial enquiry to completion. All within a 6 weeks window. Well done guys and gals

Installation team were excellent.
My only issue was with the delay between order and delivery which i never had an explanation for.

We had a verranda fitted approx two years sgo which went well BUT we recently contacted them about adding an electric blind maybe costing around £2000 and also were considering expanding a verranda further which we would have discussed with them had but nobody has replied to our messages!!

Have now contacted Eden twice, to get a quote for a blind for our verandah we had fitted 2 years ago. I left a message for a call back the first time and spoke to someone the second time who told me his manager would call back to arrange a quote, no-one has rung back, they were quick enough to call back when we wanted a verandah, but perhaps a blind for it doesn’t warrant a call!

Eden now been in contact, very apologetic but blind sourced from elsewhere

From the great service I received from the customer service team who were exceptional. As a registered Visually Impaired person they were incredibly helpful in terms of me checking for planning permission.
The delivery team were equally helpful in meeting my needs with my sight loss. Careful storage was carried out.
The installation team worked very hard and I am very happy with this veranda makes a lovely sun porch.

From the first contact to installation, everyone was extremely knowledgeable in their area of expertise. They were also accommodating and approachable, I knew who I was dealing with and what number to contact should I need to.
I was kept up to date with progress and the company was spot on with how long the process takes.
I can certaintainly recommend this company, they really give top quality verandas

The two gentlemen installers who completed my veranda were extremely hardworking, professional, polite, respectful of my property, and clearly very experienced in what they do. The veranda has been installed to a very high standard and I honestly could not recommend them enough.

Andy, who initially came out to assess the project, showed a great deal of expertise, professionalism, and patience in answering all the questions I had. I also interacted with Kris, Neil, Rebecca and other members of the team throughout the process, all of whom were very professional, helpful, and responsive.

At one point, I had another appointment booked with a different company, but after speaking with Eden Verandas, I cancelled it. When I first started looking for a veranda company, I contacted another business and was met with quite judgemental and unhelpful questions. However, from the very first conversation I had with Eden Verandas, I knew I had found the right company.

The whole experience has felt professional and reassuring throughout.

I am now just waiting for the electrics to be completed, hopefully later this week would be great, but overall I am extremely happy with everything so far.

A good communication, excellent and timely survey work and installation. It is not cheap but the quality of the final product is worth it.

We had three great lads Sergejs,Tomas and Mantas who worked extremely hard, putting several blinds on our existing veranda. Very quick follow up to initial enquiry. Good discussion with sales rep who covered all options and styles and worked with us to get a good outcome. Sensible discussion on cost and a price agreed. Follow up from the team was excellent and the surveyor was thorough and profession even in a downpour. Canopy was installed in less than 1 day by very friendly and helpful installers and the whole install went without any problems. Happy to unreservedly recommend this company.

Good product nice people to deal with

Two visits from the Eden surveyor during and after preparatory ground works were being made ensured our site was ready. Eden also kept us informed during the process of obtaining planning permission and the delivery of our glass room. Installation was quick and efficient

The whole experience was smooth ,professional ,and completed on time,The team was especially helpfull at all times. Rebecca llips come answered all our questions with great patience and detail, provided excellent drawings with great detail. I can't recommend her enough , Superb!!!! The fitters were polite , worked very hard and kept the area neat and tidy at all times. Again they answered all questions and provided updates on how the work was progressing every time I asked .I highly recommend Eden Verandas

Originally was going for a canopy but after seeing how the veranda and canopy work together I went for that option. It was fitted yesterday ready for our summer. The fitters were Tyler and Jake who were brilliant. Very efficient, tidy and they left my garden looking clean as they tidied up any debris. Very professional company from sales, delivery, fitting and customer service. I'm so happy with my purchase.

Leighton the electrician was efficient and helpful, he checked the house electrical installation to ensure that everything was ok before connecting the electric sun shade.
Sergei and Robert erected the Veranda very quickly and ensured that everything was in order and to plan !
The quality of work was excellent!
