Why This Rule Exists

Our daily drawdown is equity-based, meaning your trades cannot float 4% below the highest balance/equity of the day at any point. This rule is clearly explained on our website and in our terms, and it applies equally to every trader. It’s a safety net, designed to promote responsible trading and prevent excessive risk-taking while allowing HFT for passing.

Many of our traders who respect this rule and manage risk properly receive consistent payouts, proving that the system works when approached correctly.

Is This Review Fair?

We wanted to follow up to provide some clarity. As we’ve explained—and backed up with screenshots—you breached the equity-based drawdown rule, which is clearly outlined in both our Trader Agreement and FAQ. These rules exist to ensure fairness across the board for all traders and create a sustainable sim-trading environment.

We understand that having an account breach can be frustrating, but it’s important to recognize that no action from our side caused this outcome. If the rules had been followed, your account would still be active. We put a huge emphasis on paying traders out fairly and running an operation that gives everyone a real shot at success—something reflected in our Excellent Trustpilot rating and the countless traders who have had positive experiences with us.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and wanted to follow up since you never followed up again after your initial post.

Looking at our records, we can confirm that all payouts have been successfully processed on time and that there effectively zero outstanding payout issues on our end.

If you did experience a delay in verification, it’s possible there was an email deliverability issue outside of our control or a simple overlooking issue that we do deeply apologize for. Rest assured sending another email in this type of situation, so that our team gets to the issue promptly would be super helpful. Once again, we apologize if we did miss an email. This could arise for various reasons, but more than likely for technical / deliverability reasons at the time mentioned.

The standard procedure after submitting your details is to email support mentioning your KYC docs have been submitted. From there, the team has them on hand and no future action is required. That said, we’re always happy to investigate further—just provide your account number, and we’ll gladly take a look to ensure everything was handled properly.

Since your review mentioned you'd update it once you received a payout, we kindly ask that you follow through on that if it did occur. Transparency is important to us, and we want reviews to reflect the real experience traders have with Eden Funding.
