Highly, highly recommended.
I experienced excellent and quick customer service with an initial request for further details about a product and postage. My order (10kg of bran flakes) duly arrived in perfect condition and with a much better taste than much more expensive branded products. Highly, highly recommended.

Hello, we are a micro business (often just one person at work in the shop serving customers, shelf restocking and also handling online orders at the same time).
I apologise for the delay on the dispatch but you ordered a bulk item which clearly states in the description (on all of our bulk item listings) to allow 5 to 10 days for dispatch.
We booked next day delivery with the courier so I can only apologise on behalf of the courier for the delay between dispatch and delivery. I feel a bit disappointed that we lost stars on your review for the courier's delays. Perhaps leave FedEx a review regarding this.
Regardless, we thank you for your order, as a micro business it means a lot to us.

Very helpful
I had a really smooth experience ordering online. I bought some bulk items now the Leeds shop has closed and I can't fill up anymore. I left a note on my order, they responded really quickly and were able to add to my order. I will definitely order through them again.

Happy with purchase.
I had bought the Summer Fruits flavour cordial in the shop (having never tried this flavour before) and my children liked it a lot, so I decided to buy 3 more bottles from Ecotopia online.
Communication about the delivery was good and I am happy to be supporting a small business.

Great little company
Nice range of items for a good price, and I really love that reasonable prices are being charged for P&P based on your order weight (the reason I chose them over other retailers). There was an initial problem with my delivery when an item was missing, but this was rectified in super quick time and all communication was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
