I ordered a GOTEK NANO in the black ice…
I ordered a GOTEK NANO in the black ice colour. The device was faulty, even though I switched it on at the bottom of the device and moved the slider. No vapor was released. I have sent two emails to which I received no reply from you. I then phoned your customer care and spoke to a lady who kept on interrupting me whilst I attempted to explain to her what the problem was. I kind of rudely had to ask her to stop interrupting me and hear me out. It was an extremely frustrating phone call. I did receive a replacement device quite quickly - thank you.

Not really to do with 'ecirette ireland' but very poor you can't get any capsule replacements. (That I could see) You have to buy the whole thing even though the previous battery and coil is still fine. Not as wasteful as other vapes out there but still not good enough.
