I had to leave the UK so I decided to hire them for the end of tenancy cleaning of my flat in London. I already knew their work because they did the professional clean before I moved in, so I already trusted them.

For the end of my tenancy, I also asked them to kindly remove the items I would leave behind.

I just received the checkout report from my flat's landlord and I've been informed that I will receive my deposit in full. The landlord agent sent many detailed pictures of every possible corner of the flat (believe me, they reviewed every possible inch) and mentioned that everything was cleaned to a professional standard, which is also reflected in the pictures.

The team that cleaned my flat performed a thorough, outstanding work and I'm truly impressed that everything looked like the first day. I can feel the excitement of the next tenants that will occupy it. The team is amazing and I hope they realize about the importance of the work they do. Not only do they relieve former occupants from a lot of stress, but they also make new tenants feel welcome and comfortable in a home that looks brand new.

Also, Maria, the Office Assistant, was so flexible and understanding from the beginning, even adapting to certain last-minute changes, that relieved me from a huge amount of stress during my international move. The help from the whole team was invaluable and I can't thank them enough.

I would hire them every time, their work is worth every penny.

Poor service, I ask for explanation about the poor service in some areas and I never got a response to my request to improve the work done.

We got 2 quotations for cleaning first fair at market rate £60 per visit (steap but still fair) than out of blue dodgy one overblown to 96£ which is insane considering how many more xompetive companies using legal British workers are around.Case was reported to customer standards along with management company clearly choosing them for I know than shady reasons.

Rude, aggressive, threatening. Although roads are free, but we all have to be considerate towards residents of that road when you do not reside there. Especially when parking a large van the size of 2 cars and taking 3 spaces. When calling the company to highlight the issue, the Receptionist Naira was rude and dismissive, then we got a call form a so called manager that refused to provide his name and had no care whatsoever. Keep the good work...

I can't complain anything about hard work, poor guys as 100% of them are from abroad, hopefully not being abused and exploited by the company's management.

What I can address in exchange is their unethical charges (considering the above) and irrational costs per visit.

We used to have expensive - 100% local British company/cleaners with Caxton for 60£ (the average cleaning prices for your location in Bexley are anywhere between as low as 15-30£ per hour) keep this in mind.

How come to Echo by using such resources to clearly maximize their margin, still charge us for the same basic job 100£? vs 15£ vs 60£ premium local service?

That must be the worse in terms of value cleaning service. The job even any of us takes about 1h to complete in person.

This is not rocket science in this at all neither highly qualified job.

To summarize, this is utterly unethical and classify to report to customer standards.

The single most overpriced service, unfortunately, a company called Bawtrys enforced them on us.
They charged us 100£ for a single visit, consisting of basic:
- vacuuming a small corridor
- and a very narrow staircase.

The same job can be done with a stopwatch within 1hr (tested strictly) and normally charged anything between as low as 15£-30£ including the fanciest Lewisham-based alternative company service.

They are clearly wasting our money and draining the budget as Bawtrys benefits % from the double charge and this difference. Unfortunately, we have incompetent people in RTM board (nobody else wanted these roles), too lazy to validate locally based services and compare the market rates properly.The perfect set-up for such pathological overcharging practices.
I don't recommend ECHO, not due to the quality of their work (they are actually excellent) as work is carried out by entirely foreigners (case if they are getting fairly paid) but due to value comparison either this company or Batwrys as both treat us as ...

They both seem to be the worse choice and the most expensive building in Bexley (Kent) ever experienced. Their costs aren't even trying to be competitive, to locally base, much better for our circumstances competitors.

For estate use the total waste of money as they have charged us 3x more than any local service company
They are an office/commercial specialized company in central London with London's rip-off rates(huge difference in favor local companies), I wouldn't recommend them to use any other way than this.
