Very disappointed with poor customer service
I placed an order and one of the items didn't turn up and no notification that this would be sent later, I contacted ECA via phone and email on several occasions, spoke to Sam and Jordan who said there was a stock discrepancy and had to check with the warehouse. They said they would send out via royal mail within 24 hours, I'm still waiting almost 2 weeks later. I had to chase up on the missing item so many times and am very disappointed with the low level of customer service and poor communication. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.

I appreciate the time you took to write your review. We’ve investigated this internally and unfortunately, the information you provided is inaccurate. We have a lengthy email chain between you, Jordan, and Sam where it’s explained that there was a human error regarding the stock level. We notified you that we could order the missing part and ship the rest of your order immediately, which we did. We also mentioned that once the missing part is received back in stock, we’d ship it via Royal Mail 24, which we did.
“Hi Allan, There was a stock discrepancy in the warehouse when they were picking your order. This connection is to follow. As soon as it arrives, it will automatically be dispatched out to you on a 24 hour service,Many Thanks Sam”
I believe you also claim that Royal Mail did not turn up when they said they did, unfortunately this is out of our control, however I must note that all activities taken place by Royal Mail are Geolocated. Could I suggest you escalate this with Royal Mail, as will we. I must also not that Royal Mail 24 does not guarantee a Saturday/Sunday delivery, therefore, when your parcel arrived on Monday (with photographic evidence) it was on time, as per our suggestion.
If you are not happy with the service we can take back the adaptor that is unused and provide you with a refund of what you paid, £3.69.

Great performance
After previously using an electric pressure washer for some years I decided to buy a petrol washer. I decided on buying from ECA Cleaning as you could choose various options and they are very helpful in recommending which parts and accessories you need. I emailed them a few times asking their advice and replied very quickly It took 10 days until I received my new pressure washer as they are built to order and came topped up with oil.and all I can say is it’s a real beast !!

Not such a great experience but got a full refund.
It was not so good customer service to start with. I wish Sam had just called me when I inquired about the quality of my purchase. After a protracted email trail that lasted a week, I got a refund after I started a PayPal dispute.
Sam tried to say that my products were fine and wanted me to send them back at my own cost and deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from the price. Thankfully, it was all sorted out in the end.

WHAT??? You never delivered my order, I waited and waited for my order update but nothing!!
I applied and got a refund back from PayPal but not the P&P so I have lost money!!!
You have sent lots of emails to me about how fabulous your company is but no apologies about my missing order????
You do not even know about my order??
What a TRAGIC company you are, you have lost me as a customer!

Hi Arafa. Sorry you feel this way however let me put some prospective to this. You placed an order for an item that was on a 7-10 day delivery due to a backorder, we emailed you to let you know of this and provided an update. You did not speak to our office to say that you were not happy about this, we simply received a PayPal Case from you, of which I responded to PayPal immediately and sent you full refund. I have checked this case this morning and PayPal have closed the case and refunded you.
I am sorry that you feel our customer service is not good, however the order you placed was going to have a delay which was detailed on the purchase page, we emailed you and refunded you immediately when you said this is what you would like to do.

Sam rang me to tell me my order was…
Sam rang me to tell me my order was being shipped out and I would have it the next day! Then I received a text saying parcel force would deliver it but as usual they cocked it up. I had to complain and it was delivered a day later. The price was very competitive but because they use parcel force it’s only 4 stars. But good service overall!
