BEWARE EBUYDAY.DE! This company does not deserve even 1 star - negative 5 stars would be appropriate. As with others' reviews here, the items were despatched direct from China (customs valuation on packaging was £5, retail cost = £40+) but the UK women's 12-14 sizing would not fit a 12 year old child. Enquiries about refunds via the site's "Customer services" email address is slow, does not give a returns address, does not mention a refund but offers "$8 compensation" - that's it! My bank's disputes Team & the Which? magazine's legal team are advising me on future action.

Thought I was buying from the UK but items come from China. Sizing completely out-the trousers were so small I couldn’t even fit them on. On asking for refund/replacement, the reply was that it was not worth sending back and that I should give the clothes to ‘someone who needs them’

Appalling customer service. Do not use this company. Sizes are more like child sizes. I have sent several emails asking for a refund and their latest response, below, makes it clear that they do not intend to give me my money back...and if I try to send back the items they may get 'lost' in transit and I won't receive any monies.' Dear customer, if you want a full refund, you should return the item you received first then we will refund you,but the whole process will last 2 or 3 months.
If the return parcel lost in transit, you will not receive any refund or item.
I think the $10 refund is the best choice for you. Let me know, if you have a new decision.'

I have received garments allegedly in a size UK14 but they are tiny probably a size 8- 10. I paid over £40 for these garments and now I'm having trouble getting a refund. My advice is don't use this company their customer service is poor I've been offered 10euro discount to keep them but they are no good to me I wanted them to fit but they didn't offer to replace them but I wouldn't trust them to send a pair which fit. I wish I'd never ordered them.

Website: ebuyday.de - DO NOT BUY from this company! It is a scam. They state they are based in the UK but they are based in China. They were previously branded as ebuygo.co.uk, you will see this site has now closed after operating for 3 months with Facebook ads. They use designer images but produce appalling quality fake replicas. They have been reported to the Fraud Unit in the UK. Do Not buy from social media ads unless you know the company. Search Beimac Company Limited, this is their parent company name and they have operated scams under this name as well. Check the Contact page you will see the UK address is actually a graphic. This is illegal. Please, please take heed. Do your own internet search and you will find lots of negative reviews and feedback. Do an image search and you find these pictures are reused by multiple companies doing the same thing...
